This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Very quiet location in the "old" building area of the complex, with beautiful small houses, most of which are used as weekend or holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and invites you to relax. Gasgrill and fireplace including wood vailbale A whirlpool (50€ for the stay, May/Sept.) is available for additional cost. Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Pure relaxation on the Havel

Hello, In the car you have the possibility to retreat in bad weather. Otherwise, this is clearly a place where you are outside a lot. The river, the Havel is about 15 m from the car and invites you to swim and do all other water sports. In the car there is a separate toilet. Outside there is a large solar shower (Attention: No sun = no warm water) The car is 5 m away from our cattle paddocks, which can be observed wonderfully while grazing.

There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

We just stayed with Dennis for 2 nights and felt very comfortable there. The beautiful apartment is very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love for detail and leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are good, the surroundings quiet and with the proximity to the lake, of course, something special. You know in advance that you live somewhere outside and it's really not far to Leipzig. Dennis was always available, friendly and accommodating and you can tell that he has given a lot of thought to how he can give his guests a nice stay. We definitely recommend the apartment and would book it again and very gladly at any time!

We were 3 families with children and a dog at Simon's house and felt very comfortable, for the 2nd time this year already. The house is really in top condition, has everything you need and more: we were able to barbecue, bake, cook, chill in the garden, go for walks, etc. The nature and the relaxed surroundings there have permanently enchanted us and both the adults and the children want to go back there on vacation. We felt very comfortable at the place! Everything is lovingly decorated, especially the living room and kitchen radiate a cozy atmosphere. You can tell that someone really thought about it. The apartment was clean overall – only in the kitchen it could have been a little more thorough in one place or another. Overall a very nice stay, which we would like to recommend!

We felt super comfortable in the apartment. Everything clean and fine. You can only be deterred by the first impression. The house as such is not great on the first impression, but the apartment is super renovated. Very positive, you can walk within 2 minutes to the market of Mücheln and within 10 minutes to the marina.

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.
