We had a great stay with Austin & Abrianna! They are wonderful people who make you feel right at home! We fed their farm animals, enjoyed the scenery, & it is a close drive (10 min) to the town near by with banks, restaurants, etc. The room was so comfortable, with a spacious bathroom! His & her sinks, a jacuzzi tub, & shower. A great place to unwind while traveling!

I think you will feel it is a good value at a cheap amount as many kinds of food is supplied and amenities is enough. However, as several kinds of animals and a dog crying at night were there, I think it is likely to not be suitable for a person who prefers quietness.

I booked this stay day-of when my previous plans fell through, and I’m glad I did! Austin & Abrianna graciously welcomed me into their home after dark, and I spent the evening relaxing in the comfortable bed after a long day of driving. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and earplugs, the coffee/breakfast bar, and the opportunity to store a few personal food items in their fridge. I departed early in the am, but not before greeting their sweet goats! My stay was brief but lovely.

Austin and Abrianna warmly welcomed us to their house with very detailed information even if they were not present when we got there. Their animals are amazing, they were staring at us when we arrived and that was a big plus. We only stayed for a night and had to leave early morning so we couldn’t really get to walk around or even pet the animals.

Austin and Abrianna may be the friendliest hosts we have ever stayed with! When my husband and I travel together we usually seek out a place of our own, but we very quickly felt at home here. They are a busy and growing family, with a toddler, and a very thoughtful young son, who met us to help with our luggage when we arrived. They are entirely comfortable folding you into their lives, or letting you have as much privacy as you want. And their ‘mini farm,’ with goats, dogs, chickens and a llama, is an added bonus. They truly do give you the best room in the house! It is spacious, with its own large bathroom (at least by our Alaska standards!) and with the most comfortable mattress we’ve shared! You can darken the room, or open the east facing curtains to be greeted by the rising sun. Kanab and it’s restaurants, shopping and events is just a ten minute drive away, but we really liked the casual, rural nature of Fredonia - so much so that we decided to buy a small house just up the street, with the intention of spending our winters in Fredonia. Austin and Abrianna went above and beyond with assistance, guidance and generosity! We look forward to our return and continued friendship - and watching their young children grow!

What a wonderful stay! The room is big and super cozy, and even though we didn’t meet Austin and Abrianna, we felt right at home. We enjoyed playing with the little dog Kita and visiting the llama and goats. Many thanks!

We booked this place to attend the kanab hot air balloon festival and it was the perfect location. We were right across from the night festival and it was super easy parking, very easy to get into, and David gave us step by step directions for everything.

Quite often Kanab has been a stopping point for our travels, but because of this wonderful place, next time it will be our destination. I’m excited to explore more around the area.

HANDS DOWN, the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever had the opportunity to stay at. You can tell that Nicholas and Celeste love their home and give special attention to making their guest’s stay wonderful. The house is so large you might need to bring breadcrumbs to find your way back downstairs! The kitchen was large and stocked with an abundance of bagels, English muffins, fruits, coffee.. anything your heart desires for breakfast. There were board games available and a pool table to wind down. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Although we spent the majority of our days elsewhere in the parks, we loved coming back to the Airbnb knowing that we were going to get a hot shower, a large kitchen to cook our meals and a cozy bed to sleep on. Commute to Zion was about 40 min to the East entrance and 1.5 hours to Page, Arizona and 1.5 to Bryce Canon. Overall 11/10 stars. Thanks again Nicholas and Celeste, we’ll definitely be back!

This is a wonderful cozy cabin if you are looking for some solitude in nature. For being off grid it was really well equipped with just about everything you might need. We especially loved having the candles for night. Can’t wait to come back!

This cabin, set in a beautiful tucked away spot, is super cozy with all the amenities you could need for a fun, simple, and relaxed stay. There are ample cooking supplies, lots of candles, and even some board games and cards. Kaitlin had fantastic communication in directing us how to get there and how to use the solar & water.

We loved our stay at Kaitlin’s off grid cottage. This is a great choice for travelers who want something a little different without giving up their comfort. Even though the place is off grid the facilities are pretty state of the art: desiccating toilet (indoors), solar power for lighting and charging, water filtration system, propane fridge/freezer, and gas stove and oven. There is a wood stove for heating and Kaitlin provided plenty of fire wood. We stayed in early November, so there wasn’t a need to light a fire, but I’m sure it would be more than enough to stay warm. The king sized mattress is located up a ladder in a carpeted loft, which we loved, but those with mobility issues would want to consider. One of the nice touches I really appreciated was glow tape on the stairs for navigating at night. Kaitlin met us at the house to go over the systems and make sure we had an opportunity to ask questions. She is also happy to provide recommendations for activities in the area. I’ve already recommended this to a friend and I’ll be sure to come back if I’m back in the area.

This cabin is a wonderful find. If you want peace and comfort, it is here. If you like the idea of being off the grid, try this little house. Lights, heat, and water systems are simple. Can't imagine a place where you can see more stars. Kaitlin is a gracious host and her warmth shows in many thoughtful touches in the house. We hope we can visit again.

Can’t say enough great things about Kaitlin’s White Sage Solitude Cabin. People staying here need to understand that this is not a five star resort, this is a five star off-the-grid cabin. Don’t expect good (or any) cell service, you are here to get away. Part of the drive to the cabin (3 miles or so) is on a rocky, rutted and washboard little road. We were able to pass it with our VW Golf, but had to go slow. If dry, it’s fine in a car, but would be more fun in a truck, SUV or off-road vehicle. Not sure if our golf would have faired well in the snow or rain. This is not a complaint, as it adds to the off-the-grid experience, but I mention it because if you booked this place with the intention of driving your Mercedes or BMW, you’ll “have a bad time”. Disclaimers aside, leave the sports car at home and BOOK THIS PLACE. Kaitlin was an incredible host, and was quick to respond to our questions. She gave us some great hiking recommendations as well. From the cabin, you are a 90 minute drive (or less) from the Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, St. George (Snow Canyon), Page AZ (Antelope Canyon), and many more incredible locations. Living off the grid takes a little getting used to, but it doesn’t take much to fall into the routine. It’s a peaceful and rewarding experience, and we left energized and excited to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. House is very clean and way bigger than we thought. We only used one room since it was only two of us. But I can see bug family of 5-6 sharing that place easily. Everything is close by. Antelope Canyon is only 1,15 min away. We loved our stay! Will be back in a heartbeat

Simply beautiful location with comfortable hospitality.

Nicholas and Celeste were great hosts! They gave us a warm welcome upon arrival followed by a tour of the house and a quick rundown of the rules. Throughout the stay they were always quick to respond to any texts, questions or concerns and they were very patient and accommodating. Their home was well kept and clean. Each of the rooms had its own theme which made things interesting and fun. A big factor in choosing this location vs others in the area was that there was a separate bathroom for each room so there was no fighting when getting ready in the morning. There was also plenty of parking on the property which was nice. On the map it looks like the home is way out of town, but it really is not that far. We would definitely stay here again!

House as advertised. Location excellent for visiting SW UT. Bryce, Zion, N Rim and Glen Canyon Dam all within about an hour drive. Nicholas & Celeste were very helpful about what to do. The fact that they live in the lower level of the house is not a negative issue in anyway.

Great house, and big. Good internet, good airco. When you want to go to the Kanab area, this is the place to be.

The location seemed to be middle of no where at first, but it was very convenient for us coming from the Zion canyon going to Bryce and Antelope. The weather didn’t turn out for us, which led us to fully enjoy this lovely house. I have two kids, my husband’s brother had two kids, and my parents in-law — total 6 adults and 4 kids. The dinner table was 10 seats, had pool table and plenty of board games. Since weather was really bad, the house was cold, but they had enough blankets and some space heaters. Very nice hosts, and the whole town is full of kind people.

The house is amazing once you walk into it. The hosts are very helpful and greeted us on our first day and explained everything to us. All bedrooms have a different theme and are furnished in a unique way. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Some beds were soft and some were harder, so we tried out the different bedrooms to find the right mattress for each in our family. The location of the house is great with nice sunsets and sunrises and great views. Our children were happy meeting the donkeys at the property. Our hosts are very responsive and helped us out whenever we needed something. We stayed at many places before and this one is in our top list. Thanks Celeste and Nicholas for being great hosts.

This home is more than advertised. Pleasant helpful hosts made it special. All bedrooms comfortable and unique. Adults and kids will enjoy. Easy drive to all three National Parks. Short drive to Kanab for supplies. What more can you ask.

This was our fourth time staying at Burro Flats and as always our stay was incredible!

This was my second time visiting Burro Flats & highly recommend Celeste & Nicholas as wonderful hosts! It is a unique place to stay. Each room has its own bathroom similar to a hotel but you get the added bonus of a full kitchen to use & to meet new people from all over the US & the world. The location is wonderful if visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon & the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Antelope Canyon & Monument Valley are also under 3 hrs away, not to mention several state parks! You will not go wrong staying here!

We work in the desert and live in our cars. Coming to Burro Flats helps us to decompress, relax and rejuvenate. This was the third time we have stayed with Nicholas and Celeste and the reason we keep coming back is not just how wonderful the room and kitchen are, but all the little things that add up to make us feel at home when we stay. Cannot wait for the next visit!

Nicholas and Celeste have a wonderful house that is a pleasure to stay at, and you can get to a Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon with a just a short drive. We came last year and are looking forward to next year already!

Happy's place is beautiful and quiet. We got in late after a long day of driving and then exploring Zion National Park. Happy was very welcoming and provided us with great tips about other areas to hike and explore on our way to Page. I definitely recommend this place to any travelers in southern Utah.

It's situated not too far from the main part of town. Happy was very friendly and was there to greet us when we arrived, and even baked us some delicious cookies. He also made some great recommendations that helped us with planning our trip. The shower is accessible (walk-in shower with grab bars) and the washroom is well supplied.

Happy is an amazing host. The place is really nice and super clean. The bathroom is super new and also the bedroom is really nice with everything you need for a breakfast. Happy even provided us snacks like popcorn and a granola bar. The bus is super cute and a nice extra. I definitely recommend Happy as a host and would always come back here.

Happy's place felt more like it's own suite than a room in his house. It has its own entrance and private bathroom. It's a very quiet place just down the road from the center of Kanab. It's just what we needed for our short one night stay. And Happy was an excellent and gracious host, prepared to help us vacuum out the car after a spill. Haha!

We stayed three days at the bus stop inn during our road trip and had a really great time. The room is spacious, clean, has a nice terrace and all you might need (coffee machine, fridge, etc.). Happy was a very good host, he gave us a lot of recommendations for the surroundings - we appreciated chatting with him about Kanab but also about his german busses. Everything was just perfect!

Julie and Jeff are extremely friendly and are very knowledgeable of fun experiences to explore at no cost, nearby. Kanab is a cute, little town of a few thousand people, tucked nicely into the base of beautiful red rock cliffs. Travel time to local caves, Belly of the Dragon, and Zion National Park are very reasonable. The space is very large, with a mini fridge and plenty of beds and couch space. There are lots of games such as indoor basketball, table tennis, and pool table. Bathroom is large and very clean. Everything worked without issue. Check in and check out were very smooth even at a mid-late evening hour. One of their sons kindly greeted us and showed us to the apartment space, Julie chatted with us and took care of our needs and questions about the area, and Jeff thanked us, in the morning, for staying. They all were wonderful. And the view from the front of the house is spectacular. The back porch is also very nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is very safe and somewhat secluded. New construction and surrounding properties for sale nearby. Highly recommend!

Extremely welcoming host. Excellent value for money in a nice town with good eating options and close to lots of national parks. Pool table was great and the hosts went out of their way to set up the TV for a show we wanted to watch.

Super clean and TONS of space. The master bedroom and bath was awesome. 2 shower heads ;) and the incredibly spacious room had a balcony. There is also an extra game/chill room upstairs. Downstairs had a cool bedroom with full/queen lower + upper twin bunk bed setup. Downstairs also had a full kitchen with washer & dryer as well as another bathroom and little office space/mudroom. Would stay again. Very nice!

Our second time staying here and loved it just as much as the first time! Super spacious arrangements and full kitchen for cooking. Great master bedroom with huge bathtub and double shower. Awesome living room with Comfy couches. This place is perfect to share with friends!

This was a very cozy house. Although the location was remote and a little hard to find, it offered a peaceful, undisturbed holiday for us. Virginia was sweet and helpful in responding to my questions!

Great place to relax and unwind. Watching the sunsets on the balcony each night was my favourite. The house has a shared wall with the next house but the place is large and you don’t hear each other. The kitchen is fully stocked which is exactly what we needed and the washing machine and dryer were a great bonus. The living space upstairs is large and very comfortable and the games available were a fun touch. The master bedroom was massive and the bathroom too! The spa looked good but we didn’t use get around to using it. Overall a warm comfortable place to stay. Perfect if you’re wanting to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon, AZ.

Good place to stop. The yellow bus was covered though so that was sad. But we only basically slept there and left at sunrise

Happy is a rockstar host! He is attentive, communicative and an all around great guy. The place was super cute, comfortable and very clean! Happy offered some great local recommendations and even toured me around a bit in his cool VW bus. A must stay when in Kanab! A quick 15m drive from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary for anyone looking to volunteer.

Bus Stop #1 is great value - very comfortable and welcoming. We had the best sleeps there. Happy is an exceptional host - quick to respond, friendly and gave us lots of tips on what to see and do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!

The home was much more than I expected. It was stylish and so clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Then there are those amazing views from the large deck and even from the inside of the home. The location is great as well. Easy 30 minute commute to Zion National Park entrance and about 1.5 hours away from Bryce Canyon National park and there are also places to eat in town although we chose to take advantage of the outdoor area and grill. Oh and by the way there is even a fenced in yard. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Virginia's place was just as described and perfect for three adult travelers (although it could accomodate more). It was comfortable, had everything we needed and was just far enough away from everything to be serene without being too far. Would definitely stay there again.

A large home in the beautiful rural Arizona town of Fredonia just across the border from Utah. We enjoyed the view while watching the sunset with a glass of wine one night in the front yard. Access to Hulu, Netflix, etc. We had multiple bedrooms to choose from and several bathrooms. Quality refrigerator and stove/oven allowed us to cook meals while visiting, although it's best to get groceries before arriving in town (including toilet paper!). The only stores within a few minutes drive are a gas station and a Family Dollar. Don't leave town without stopping at Juniper Ridge Restaurant down the road - the bruschetta was heavenly after a day of hiking in the area. We loved staying at Stagger Mountain!

Easy check-in and super convenient location for our Vermilion Cliffs adventures. Plenty of amenities and very comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front steps and stargazing, amazed to see the magnificent Milky Way so clearly visible in the night sky.

A very convenient and comfortable place, located in a wild and beautiful area. The sky, view and sunset from the house were wonderful. A good place to go to grand Canyon north rim.

Great place to stay! Detached house on the heights of Fredonia but 1 minute from it. Very beautiful 360 degree view in the early morning or at sunset. Family home typically American so total immersion very nice. Super functional and hyper clean. 1h30 from the entrance of North Rim Gd Canyon: the road is a sublime journey and the arrival on site is breathtaking. We strongly recommend that you also visit Cape Royal and see Imperial. ENJOY!

Would love to stay again for a longer time to explore more hiking areas. Tom & Joy were great host and their home was outstanding.

Really great place to spend a week in a fantastic part of the world with great views of the country from the bedroom windows and surrounding deck. Lots of information inside the house for where to hike, eat, etc. and how to take care of the house.

Tom & Joy’s house is a lovely quiet sunny place convenient for exploring Bryce & Zion Canyons. The house is very well equipped. Most of the town’s restaurants were closed New Year’s Day but there is a very good supermarket in Kanab which also has Redbox to rent DVD’s

Tom & Joy's place was wonderful. We wanted a more secluded place that has a beautiful view, and that is exactly what we got! It is in a small town, but right on the edge. The house was very clean and we were allowed to use everything which was great! Since we came during the winter time, it was difficult to utilize the porches as it was so cold outside. But it looks like it would be amazing to sit out on the porch in the mornings to watch the sunrise or night times to watch the stars. We did manage to use the grill on the other hand! It was left dirty, but was no problem to clean for us. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms, which is what we were looking for in our family of 4. The check-in and check-out was very conveniently setup and easy as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this home and would recommend it to anyone with a small family!

Tom and Joy’s house is at the prime location if you are visiting the nearby national parks. It’s almost identical distance and time to Zion, Bryce Canyon, etc. as for the house, it has EVERYTHING you need for comfortable traveling. They have everything you need to cook, so we ended up cooking almost all meals during our stay. I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely come back for a second visit.

Tom & Joys place was amazing! We happened to arrive on a very snowy night. Super cold. But the place had all cozy and warm amenities, even hot coco mix!! Great communication and it was helpful that they had little notes everywhere to remind us how things work. Had amazing views from the windows! The closest grocery store was about 2 miles away along with other little shops. Would definitely recommend this place :)

The quick version: Stop searching for an Airbnb in Kanab and make your reservation for this place now before it gets snatched up! The long version: What a fantastic Airbnb! Julie and Jeff are great hosts. They checked in with us a few times during the stay to make sure everything was ok. Their place is clean, comfortable and stocked with just about anything you need for a great stay, including kitchen items and a washer/dryer. The hot tub looks right out onto beautiful Utah landscapes. The location is perfect for heading out to several of the area attractions. Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase/Escalante National Monument and Lake Powell are all easy to get to from here. The town itself has a number of grocery stores and restaurants, from fast food to higher end cuisine (Vermillion 45, Wild Thyme, Sego). We hope to return to this Airbnb one day. The location, the hosts, and the Airbnb itself really made our vacation. Thanks Julie and Jeff!

It is as advertised, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was great and we were able to recuperate from our travels. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Close to supermarket and gas station. The sunsets from patio were beautiful and a plus.

Honestly, amazing! Julie and Jeff were so nice and came by to say hi. On our way out, Julie gave us amazing local spots to check out. Also, the hot tub under the stars was definitely worth it! They also have foosball table and the tv in the bedroom was nice. Would recommend for anyone who also wants to try and win the lottery for Coyotes Buttes because the office is literally a 1 min drive away.

Get place to stay to visit all the great natural wonders of the area. The townhouse was perfect and Julie and Jeff were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

This very interesting house, there is a small garden at the entrance, very beautiful, the facilities are complete, very clean, the landlord is very nice, it is very convenient to eat nearby, there is a supermarket, go to Peggy for about one and a half hours, very convenient, distance The wave valley draw is very close.

The Elm room at Cathy's place is a wonderful place to stay. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the area outside is so peaceful and relaxing. There is a pond with a fountain and goldfish swimming in it, along with two chairs, a table & a swing. Cathy is a delightful person. We so enjoyed visiting with her, and we also took her tour of Peekaboo Canyon and she is a very good guide as well. We would definitely recommend Cathy's place to anyone passing through Kanab.

My friend and me stayed at Cathy’s Elm room for one night. Cathy is such a hearty woman who really makes you feel like home. The whole place was super clean. The pond in front of the room is a relaxing oasis especially after a long hiking day. Cathy was so nice turning on the heater for us, even it was quite late. And the muffins for breakfast were so delicious! You’ll definitely love them too!

We have stayed at this lovely Airbnb several times. It’s charming, peaceful, and so welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. Love it!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient to great sites, sweet restaurants, information center. The private patio with small pond was beyond a treat after a long day. We should ave stayed longer for more time to see all the sites.

We loved our stay at the K Hill Cottage! Very clean and an Easy check-in / check-out process. Randy and Nancy thought of everything and utilized the space smartly and efficiently. It seemed everything we needed was at our fingertips. After volunteering at Best Friends, we needed a lint roller and found one in the cottage! We needed to dry some wet clothes after a rainy and snowy day so we used the dryer. We didn’t really need the upstairs loft area, but used it to get bags out of the way so were thankful for the extra space. Another big plus was the wonderful heater in the shower area since we had some cold February mornings. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! It is the cutest little accommodating place you could ever stay in Kanab. The hosts are thoughtful in every finishing touch throughout the place and they have all the different amenities. I loved staying here and plan to stop by again!

What a beautiful space. Possibly the best-equipped airbnb in which I have ever stayed. Everything, everything we needed. We used the barbeque out back both nights to cook. So many thoughtful, generous touches. A GREAT place to set off from to Zion, and a hundred other places recommended to us in the tourist centre in town, and a GREAT place to come home to after those adventures.

I would stay here again. Very roomy bedrooms. Lots of space to relax other than just the rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed - we fixed all of our meals in the house. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. I loved that we could bring our dog with us as we wanted her along for all the hiking adventures. Perfect base camp for Bryce, Paria Canyon, Zion, Grand Canyon. We even did a few local hikes in Kanab.

We loved our stay at Shannon's place! The house is very clean, private, comfortable and cozy. It is equipped with all the amenities you would need and the backyard is fantastic! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Shannon's house was cute and cozy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Even the town of Fredonia was cute and had that small town feel. It is close to Kanab and there is much to do in all directions. The grass yard was fantastic. We had a great time and it was very relaxing!!

This house is such a great place to stay! The house is decorated so stylish, the beds are super comfortable, there are plenty of face and body towels, and the house is clean and cozy.

Loved the location. Actually right outside the front door is the start of a trail. There are also a couple of great local hikes within a mile or so. We volunteered at best friends, hiked at Bryce as well the Wire area and this was a perfect central location. The air bnb is connected to their home, but you do have a private entrance so you definitely have your privacy! Great stay and would recommend.

We only had a few brief moments with Connie and Russ but they were so kind and friendly. The space was perfect and exactly what we were looking for on our weekend trip to southern Utah. Magical!

Connie and Russ were the perfect hosts! Their apartment was exactly what we needed for the perfect Valentine's weekend celebration. We came into town for the hot air balloon festival. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. Their location was extremely convenient. We were able to walk up to the K trail right from the front door. This allows for hiking right out your front door, and for us it meant a wonderful view for the hot air balloon festival. The location is also within walking distance to downtown Kanab, which has some amazing restaurants. Connie and Russ's location had everything anyone could need - Kitchen with everything to cook with, living room with comfortable and ample seating for watching TV or relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of supplies - towels, shampoo, etc. We also went hiking in the area and checked out Best Friends. All of these locations were within 10-15 minutes of their location. I think the top point for us was how friendly Connie and Russ were. They made staying in Kanab enjoyable and easy. They even stopped over and said goodbye before we left. We would definitely stay again, and I will recommend their place to everyone!

After winning a permit in the on-line Wave lottery, we found this great place to stay for our adventure! Russ and Connie were both very nice and responsive but also gave us all the privacy we could want. The bed and linens were super comfortable, and the cottage was so much more inviting than a hotel stay. The trails on the hillside right next to the cottage are great for a scenic hike. An unexpected treat was seeing the 30 hot air balloons fly over the cottage after launching nearby during an annual festival. We would definitely stay here on a return visit to Kanab!

We had a wonderful stay here! A lot of great amenities are packed into the small space of the casita, making for a comfortable and cozy home base after long days of hiking the surrounding parks. The location was good, too, about as close to Zion and Bryce as you can get without needing to stay in a touristy lodge. We were warmly welcomed and showed around when we arrived.

Absolutely amazing! Sometimes you just feel right at home the moment you walk into a place and meet someone. That was our experience with Cathy and Doug and their Casita. The property and home are beautiful and the surrounding landscape is something out of a post card. We chatted with Cathy and she is so friendly and helpful ... just a great personality. She gave us great tips and info about the local area and Zion Park. The house was immaculate, cozy, and quiet. We would recommend this place to our family and friends and will definitely stay here again whenever we pass through. When I imagine what the whole Airbnb experience is of meeting wonderful people and learning about their community, I think of Cathy, Doug, and this listing. Book it now if you ever get a chance!

We were looking for a quick, relaxing get away and this place was the perfect setting! We had a great time exploring Peek a Boo Canyon, Kanab and surrounding areas. This experience was exactly what was we needed and the balloon festival was an added bonus!

Cathy & Doug's place was fantastic. It's a cozy space with great amenities in a great location (only a short drive away from the main strip). Cathy & Doug are excellent hosts - very responsive and super welcoming. They made themselves available for any questions or suggestions. The casita itself is very cute, has everything you need - small refrigerator, toaster, microwave, stove top, etc. I very much felt like I was at home. It also has great light and looks out onto their cute backyard. I highly recommend the place!

It had everything, stovetop, refrigerator, private bathroom. It is a perfect size for two people.

Doug is very nice host. He kept checking if we needed anything and helpful when heating wasn’t kicking off. The place is very close to Zion and Bryce National parks where we wanted to visit. On the side note, there is cemetery adjoining to the property (if it matters to someone), however the place is properly fenced.

This farmhouse was adorable with a great location only 30 min from Zion National Park and 1 hour from the Wave!!

Aimee's place is perfect. It is close to town and all of the activities Kanab has to offer. There is not a full kitchen, but it has a fridge and some plates and silverware to get you going. The place was sparkling clean with a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this for a solo traveler or a couple.

Aimee's place was great. It was super clean and comfy, and she's made sure everything you need is at your finger tips. The location was close to town and local hiking trails. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very calm and easy to access a lot of things.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We were booked in for 5 nights but because of the CORONAVIRUS situation in March 2020, we had to pack up and leave earlier than planned. This had nothing to do with this property. The guest house was very comfortable. Good bed, good wifi, fully equipped kitchen, we cooked all our meals there. This place is a separate guest house from the main house. It is at the end of a large driveway with easy parking right out front. Karalee and Matthew seemed very nice and offered any help we might have needed. Kanab is a great little town that is so well situated for access many canyon area wonders. We will return.  

Karalee & Matthew are great hosts, and you can tell that they enjoy hosting because everything is so perfect. The studio is spotlessly clean, well decorated, and fully equipped. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walking distance to Main Street. We loved the studio.

Such a perfect little getaway!! Everything you could possibly need (especially if you're on a budget like we were!) The kitchenette with full fridge and stove was exactly perfect for us, and allowed us to pack out our lunches for our hikes and eat nutritious dinners. We did check out one of the local spots for dinner too, and it was a treasure! (Rocking V!) Super nice to be able to do our laundry when we got grungy from all the hikes and then be able to kick back and relax on comfortable futon and bed. Kanab is Central to pretty much everything you could want to see and Karalee and Matt's place was just perfect for a home base.

This adorable cliff side cottage was cozy and comfortable! Karalee and Matt were terrific hosts and provided a well organized binder full of local tips! Adventure was right around the corner and it was perfect for what our trip entailed! I would HIGHLY recommend booking here! If I am ever in Kanab again, I would book again in a heartbeat!!!

Our stay at the Cliffside Cottage was top notch. The bed was oh so comfortable. The cottage was so cozy. Everything was clean and quiet. A perfect stay. The kitchenette was well-appointed and the grocery store (Honey’s) was just down the street. We also loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer to use during our stay. We were in town to try our luck at winning the in-person lottery for the Wave. The cottage is SO close to the BLM office. Unfortunately, we didn’t win, BUT that didn’t matter. Kanab is within 90 minutes of so many adventure spots. We took this as an opportunity to check out Zion (45 minutes) and Horseshoe Bend (just over an hour), instead. We’d definitely come back to try again for the Wave. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cliff cottage is a wonderful place to spend one's vacation and relax. It had been a cozy stay with all the great sight seeings in close proximity, such as Zion etc. Waking up with the beautiful view of the great mountains had been really coveting to city people like us. The cottage was superbly clean. It was also loaded with all smoothly running modern amenities, which made our stay more convenient and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time in Kanab, Utah and it was all possible for staying in the cliff cottage. We will definitely come back and surely recommend this lovely cottage!

Second stay here over the past year or so. Great location in Kanab and a good simple stay. Five stars every time.

David is an awesome host! The location was perfect for the hot air balloon festival. we were able to see a lot of the festival from the balcony which was fun and it was located right in the center of town which made it really easy to walk around and get food without having to go far!

If you ever come to Kanab and need a place to stay, David’s place is where you should go. It has all the amenities you need, check in was pretty straight forward, and it’s centrally close to all the main restaurants there.

The room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and was in walking distance to food. We booked at the last minute on our drive from page to Zion. The bed was so comfortable and was a cheat place to rest after a few days of camping and being on the road.

We stopped at David’s place for one night before a backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon. The location was perfect, directly downtown in Kanab, close to everything, and the building itself is really cool! I would definitely stay again.

This place was the one of the best place I ever stayed. Both Nicholas and Celeste are great human beings, they took care of us very well. I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for home kind of experience.

We stayed for one night at Nicholas & Celeste. Both are very welcoming people who were easy to communicate with and we got all information we needed for check-in and what to do in this area. Loved the building with the large inner spaces, the shared places (kitchen, living room) are well equipped as well as our room & bathroom. The TV in the living room was a little bit loud in the evening, it was difficult to read upstairs but no noise after 10 pm. All in all we had a good time there!
