We had a great stop over in York. Ben’s place is super close to everything and an easy walk into the city centre. The flat was spacious and very clean. It was such a bonus having a free parking spot. Highly recommend, we would stay again.

What a beautiful place. Simon the host was always in touch before our stay to answer any questions we had and also throughout our stay making sure everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is amazing and the setting absolutely beautiful. The accommodation provides everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The property is private and quiet yet transport links are on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was just perfect for us.

Extremely clean with a great location. Carole was very helpful and fast to respond. The location is great for walkable distances to the city centre and attractions. Gated apartment meant we felt safe and our car was secure. Carole was also generous with items left in the apartment for use. Very much appreciated and would stay here again.

We had a lovely two night stay in Clare's Penthouse apartment. The view was nice across the rooftops making everything light and airy. A perfect place to return to after a busy day exploring York. We came by train and the shortcut to the apartment was excellent. Thank you Clare for keeping in touch, being so flexible and for the lovely treats you left for us.

We loved staying at Emma’s in Holmfirth! Location was a ten min walk away from bars restaurants/ pubs / general high street. There were plenty of walks to do which were a 5-10 drive away. The flag was really well equipped with all essentials you’d need. & as a bonus we met the dogs who lived in the house opposite who were very friendly and cute. Would definitely return! Rosie’s place was **absolutely perfect** in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The space was **spotlessly clean**, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need – from fresh linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Rosie herself was an **exceptional host**: friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She gave us great local tips (like her favorite coffee shop downtown!), and was always quick to answer questions. The little touches – like coffee, snacks, and a handwritten welcome note – truly made us smile. The location was **ideal*– quiet, safe, and just a short drive to Peak District . We loved coming back to such a peaceful space after exploring Peak District. **Everything was exactly as described** (or better!) in the listing, and check-in/checkout was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

A perfect home from home - everything has been thought about what you could need. Perfect location, very close to bus routes into York but so peaceful to come back to after a busy day exploring. Great to have some basic provisions provided - the lemon cake gets a special mention, Jill was very kind to make it dairy free for my wife, extra delicious. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location, we spent a long weekend here celebrating my partners 30th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrew and Phillipa were perfect hosts and even left us a lemon drizzle cake on arrival which was a lovely touch. The view is incredible with such peaceful surroundings, allowing us to fully rest and recharge. We hope to visit again sometime

We had a fantastic stay, gorgeous bedrooms and comfy beds. Enough bathrooms/ toilets for 8 of us. Lots of seating areas and the pool table room was brilliant. Short 10 min walk to lively pubs and places to eat. Spaces to park cars and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back

On arrival met both Naomi and Neil, Wow to the welcome, Wow to the accommodation, Wow to the views and location, Advice on how to get into Edale off the road. Sorted the electric charging, Wow we had sheep and lambs on the doorstep, Wow we had chickens running around, fresh eggs as well. Bed was so comfortable, bedroom no light pollution or noise, windows left open. Highly recommended, we will be back on many occasions.

We felt this was absolutely a beautiful find, and Gotta be one of the best places we have stayed yet. The barn conversion is done to a high standard and is so cosy ,warm and welcoming Karen was super friendly and gave some good advice, left us with a lovely cake ,milk and a bottle of Prosecco, such a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this place, it is pristine and the views are out of this world, I became obsessed with watching the sheep out of the bedroom window 😂

Beautiful home with a scenic and quiet landscape. Seriously endless views from a majority of the rooms. Neighborhood was super nice. Each room was very comfortable and had a good amount of privacy with all the bathrooms. Sad we didn’t get to utilize the bbq as we had originally planned to. 100% would stay here again. Deck was awesome, kitchen was fancy and the layout was ideal for a large gathering if necessary. Only negative could potentially be parking but we were able to fit 2 vehicles without issue.

10/10, wonderful place to relax & have a day off from life. Enjoyed every moment. TV worked, which was a massive bonus. Everything was as described, worth every penny. Will be back soon. Thank you.

Linda and Keith were amazing hosts and have created such a lovely Airbnb space in a superbly located Peak District spot! The barn was exactly as we had expected from the pictures and listing, with complementary gifts awaiting our arrival. They are also a lovely and responsive couple and were a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Lovely accommodation! Ideally situated for walking into the centre of Hebden Bridge and for travelling into the many places of interest in the surrounding area. We would certainly rebook when we visit the area again.

The apartment is a great location and is perfect for a trip to York. Paul is very responsive and helpful - making the trip a comfortable one. Everything is in walking distance and organised perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Theres’s apartment every January for at least 5 years and we love it. Theresa is a wonderful and friendly host and the apartment is amazing! Can’t wait to return!

We had a flying visit to Manchester for a gig, and Warren’s place was perfect. A fantastic location in the Northern Quarter, surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants. A really cool and laidback vibe to the place. Warren was amazing with instructions for the place and also local food and drink recs. We took his recommendations for both dinner and brunch and both were excellent (Firehouse and Fig and Sparrow). The apartment is so lovely - beautifully furnished and just a really lovely feel to the place. It was warm weather when we were there so having the windows open with a breeze was perfect! We also arrived to a bottle of chilled Prosecco. There were three of us, we were two in the lovely bedroom and one on the sofa bed. The loft-bed looked great, but the sofa was comfy too, (not as high up!)! We all slept really well. Will definitely stay again if we’re back up. Thanks Warren! x

John and Lindsay were perfect hosts, friendly and approachable. The annex was as described and more as the facilities offered exceeded expectations. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus. Great location to walk from on Cinder track or Cleveland Way. Good public transport links and good pubs in the village and nearby.

I didn't meet Rebecca and Oliver in person; however, they were helpful and provided very clear instructions for everything. Their place is lovely, and very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was only there with my son for two days, but it would accommodate a family of four easily. The Nespresso machine and Netflix were a fabulous bonus. We didn't use the garden, but that looked very nice too. If you have small children, just be aware that the lovely ornate iron staircase may be a hazard. In short, I would highly recommend this place and I would love to return with the whole family.
