Marcel was a very welcoming host! He made sure we got inside easily and showed us around, even provided recommendations for things to do and eat. He was very responsive. I was worried about being cold in winter and he ensured there was a heater for us. The place is great, comfortable, super walkable to everything and king’s cross station is a block away. Great stay!

This airbnb is a gem - very well decorated, has all the amenities, comfy bed, and the warmest host. Unfortunately, we ended up needing earplugs because of a loud, and inconsiderate neighbor who kept on talking on her phone for hours with her windows open. A rather minor inconvenience but earplugs is something that’d I encourage taking on the trip with you. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great location, and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable for two people. It has got everything you need. We loved it.

The hallway features patterned wallpaper in neutral tones with decorative mirrors and modern wall sconces adding soft lighting. A carpet runner leads towards a staircase, while a doorway at the far end offers access to additional areas within the building.

Julia was a great host with clear communication with directions. The space provided was as listed and was in a great location for my partner and I’s stay. Close to train station with ease to get to the city, Bondi, etc. Great cafes, restaurants and bars are all around.

A modern kitchen area features sleek cabinetry with wood accents, a built-in induction cooktop, and an oven. Natural light streams in through a small window, illuminating fresh flowers on the countertop. Textured white brick walls offer a stylish contrast to the clean lines.

Palm Court: Bespoke Luxury

My husband, our Border Collie and I stayed at Cassandra’ s place over the June long weekend and had a great time. The property is a lovely, cosy, well equipped studio apartment in an Art Deco apartment block. It is surrounded by great ( dog friendly) cafes, pubs and restaurants and the fabulous Rushcutters Bay park is only a five minute walk. We did some great walks to Rose Bay and Woolloomooloo. Cassandra is a fantastic host. She contacted us before our arrival, her check in instructions were great, she provided some good tips for parking in the area, her welcome book was helpful and full of information about the local area, dining and local attractions. Being a dog friendly property, she provided dog bowls, treats, blankets and covers for the furniture. She also provided us with a welcome gift of fresh fruit. We made great use of the rooftop garden. This is a fabulous place to stay in a great Sydney location.

Loved spending the weekend at the penthouse - breathtaking views, a beautifully designed space, and the rooftop was absolutely perfect. The whole place had such a great energy and vibe. Definitely worth the stay!

Good location, walkable to public transportation and great restaurants and night life around the area. Very quiet and peaceful at night, really great to take a walk around at night as it felt super safe to. Slept very well throughout the whole time we were there. Great communication when we reached out with questions and very flexible with check-in when it was possible for us to do so. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you!
