I came to find a base from which to explore Leicester and attend a couple of performances at De Montfort Hall. The house feels like a traditional guest house, and I was made welcome by Hannah's father on arrival. The decor and furnishings reminded me I was in someone's home and I felt safe and welcome and wasn't ever disturbed by other guests. My single room was comfortable and clean and having an en suite bathroom helped me relax and feel at home. The house is in a leafy street that shows off the harmonious integration of local communities, near to a convenient 24 hour mini supermarket, and there are picturesque walks into the city or alongside the River Soar nearby. A lovely cat welcomed me in the hallway as I was coming and going. If returning to Leicester I'll definitely see if I can stay again at this warm and welcoming home.

My wife and I spent a few months here while she was completing her first year master's degree, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. John was an incredible host, kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The space is perfect with a well equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking together, and a massive bedroom with a desk allowing me to work at home . The neighbourhood is quiet, yet close to everything we needed, making it both convenient and restful.

Had a fantastic one night stay in this beautiful town house. would definitely stay again. only a 13 minute walk into the city centre. very spacious house, clean and modern. bedrooms spacious, comfy beds and clean fresh bedding. would 100% recommend

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Super nice room and private bathroom in a beautiful flat. Helena and Will were very friendly and easy going. The room and linen smelled lovely, and it was a very comfortable bed. Couldn’t recommend more. Lovely little sun trap patio too in the afternoon.

We had a fab short stay at Robyn's house. All the rooms were so impressive, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. I wished we could have stayed longer!

A very good house, close to the station. Good size for our group of 5 with 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well fitted with everything needed to cook simple meals. The house was clean and the key was easy to find. The only two downsides was having only 4 chairs, which was a bit annoying for breakfast, and having only one key (which made things a bit difficult in the evening when someone wanted to go back home to sleep earlier)

Thank you Ram, we had the most wonderful time at the hidden hut! A stunning and peaceful location, quiet and within walking distance of anything you could need. Ram is a kind and helpful host and I appreciated the thoughtful little touches (such as suncream on the shelf!). We will definitely be back!

I stayed at Claire’s place for one night to be close to a photoshoot location. Communication was quick and clear, and everything was easy to arrange. The space was clean, quiet, and well presented, with a super comfortable bed and a great shower. No issues at all — would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Radford was really good thanks to Jarek and his accomodation. Jarek and his team provided us with a very detailed explaination of how to arrive and check-in. The photos and description provided were accurate and reflected the accom perfectly. The accom was nice and modern and clean throughout. The living room was a great space to socialise before going out. The bedrooms were a good size and now too cramped which meant everyone could get a good night sleep. All of the bathrooms were really clean and the hosts had even provided some shampoo/conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch I've not seen in many other airbnbs. Parking near the accom was easy and Jarek and his team were able to provide a parking permit which was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again when coming back to Nottingham.

Rebecca is a great host , normally we are lucky if we get tea and coffee in previous properties. Rebecca leaves a welcome pack which is really appreciated, we have re-booked again it’s such a nice place
