Ana and Greg were great hosts! This is a beautiful home and has everything you need! Thank you for making our visit enjoyable and always being extremely helpful when needed.

We stayed for a week with our four-year-old son. We found the accommodation quickly and it's in a great location! You can quickly reach all the beautiful beaches, for example Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key. The guest house is very spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Kathleen gave us a lovely welcome, valuable tips and equipment for the beach. Of course it is not a luxury apartment, but a simple guest house and here and there it is a little worn, but it was clean, spacious, pretty and had everything we needed. There is no dishwasher - but it didn't bother us. The garden is huge, unfortunately there were lots of mosquitoes, but that's normal in this area. Also, the property was a bit trashed from the last hurricane, Kathleen apologized to us several times for that. And of course the chickens leave their droppings. It's just farm-like, you have to know that. Our son loved the chickens, especially Napoleon the rooster! Overall, it's great value for money and Kathleen is a warm host! <3

Jennifer and Chris have a very special place for guests in Palmetto. They provide everything one might need or want in a physical sense, as well as a special ambience of peace and comfort and hospitality. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to stay in that area to experience their lovely apartment!!
