This conveniently located, private apt has its own driveway and separate entrance to a beautiful downstairs unit that is a part of a two story home. It is our personal apt that we rent out when out of town (Upstairs is a 3br BNB and completely locked off, neither party can enter the other unit). Located easily accessible to the beaches, golf restaurants, aquarium, shopping etc. in the Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Pete and Tampa areas. You will find everything you need to feel at home in this apt.

Beautiful and serene old Florida Waterfront cottage. Fishing is great right from backyard. Go out on kayaks (6)that are provided for your enjoyment and one 3 man canoe. The bay is around the corner and lots to explore including some tiny natural islands. You are close to the most beautiful beaches. Ana Maria Island, Siesta Beach, Sarasota, longboat Key are south of cottage. Go north over skyway bridge and you are in St. Petersburg Beach, concerts, theaters, restaurants, etc.

Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.
