An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Very bright studio, well arranged. A few small details could be improved but overall everything was great. Great value for money and great location.

We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we would highly recommend it!

Small and well-appointed accommodation, tasteful, functional. Modern kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Jean-Claude is an attentive host, he gave us a small bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. He is available and accommodating.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

We loved the place, clean , spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and for bikers, 4 bikes ready to go as the bike lane is just outside the house

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

very nice stay at Corine's. Fanny on site is very responsive and makes efforts to improve the stay. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. The terrace is nice, the modern kitchen is very well equipped. Look carefully because there is everything. a welcome booklet is very useful with tips on where to go. We had a great time! The accommodation was impeccably clean and perfectly as described. The concierge was very available and attentive, which made our check-in and check-out very easy. The location is ideal, close to downtown and the Charles Martel promenade. The value is unbeatable. Everything you needed was in the house. Parking space is very small. We chose to park on the street. There were plenty of free spots. We strongly recommend!

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment there was in the accommodation.
