Ideal location to discover Île de Ré in a quiet and secure residence, close to the sea, the center of La Flotte-en-Ré and bike paths... The pluses: A private terrace, private underground parking and the residence's swimming pool (open from May to September inclusive). Just unpack your bags, everything is included in your rental: Linens, cleaning... As well as our presence on arrival to introduce you to the island, the apartment... and at the time of your departure.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.
