Beachfront vacation rentals in Royan

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

I recently spent a weekend with my family in Royan. I was pleasantly greeted by Liliane who was very available as soon as we arrived. The apartment is well located (a few steps from Claye beach), 10-15 minutes' walk from Royan market and 10-15 minutes from shops and boutiques (at the port). It is also clean and well-equipped. Despite the traffic on the avenue, the rooms (which are at the back of the apartment) are well protected from noise. All in all, it was a great weekend, and again a big thank you to Liliane for her kindness and help during our stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

Great accommodation, matches the photos well, clean and spacious. Enough to enjoy both the large spaces inside and also outside. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. Recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay! In advance, we received clear and helpful instructions on what to do in the area, which was very nice. The house itself was comfortable and ideal for our family, the children also felt immediately at home. The facilities were within walking distance, and nearby were nice places to eat and drink. The beaches in the area were also a real plus. We enjoyed and would definitely recommend staying here!

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

We were with four adults and two children for a week in Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The children played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or outside on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is nice, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the baker, you have to take this route. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as to La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Magali's place is as described: view and access to the sea a stone's throw away, quiet place, everything can be done on foot. very well decorated with taste. Excellent interaction with Magali.. spent week with our 8 year old daughter and our 2 and a half year old boy.. the location was ideal (small shops, fairgrounds, restaurants, market) we'll happily return to Magali's place
