Monthly Rentals in Roxborough Park

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. The theme/decor was fun and unique. Brandon communicated well and answered my questions within minutes prior to arriving. We had no issues while staying and would highly recommend this place to family and friends who are visiting Colorado.

Great spot in the separate access basement of their house. Spacious and comfortable with all the necessities. Easy check in and check out and we love Milo, their husky. Beautiful view and great convenient location. Would definitely stay again. We loved the walking trails behind their house. It’s like a bird sanctuary. Thanks for having us!

Very clean place and perfect for our little week stay. Loved the bathroom, especially the walk in shower and the LED mirror. Had all the towels you could want and even little makeup remover wipes. Also had tea available with a kettle. Cute neighborhood, close by to everything!

This was a lovely, cozy, well-appointed and spacious basement apartment with a ton of really thoughtful touches. The host was super proactive, communicative and kind. 10/10 would recommend.
