Monthly Rentals in Rotonda West

We loved our stay, the place was perfect for my family we all had our own spaces! The pool area was so relaxing we spent most of our time outdoors when we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo had everything we needed and more! When we walked in, everything was so nice and clean. It is so tastefully decorated. The natural lighting is wonderful. It had everything there that we needed and everything had a place. The location is great! It’s easy to get to and not far from all the places we wanted to go. The condo is located in a nice quiet area. I loved having close parking. My kids loved the heated pool as well. They even included beach towels for us to use. We enjoyed visiting the local beaches and looking for sharks teeth. Thanks for including a rake for us to use to find so many! What a wonderful addition! The washer and dryer also came in super handy for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also appreciated the nice plush bath towels. We even had fun things to do when we chose to stay in. There were fun boards games, puzzles, and even books to read. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!

Fanastic stay, the house is beautiful, well equipped and a home from home. Lots of toys, pool toys, beach equipment, bikes which make it great for families with children. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Location was brilliant, easy to find and a short drive to several beaches, lots of restaurants and close to many supermarkets and golf courses. Very close to the Rotonda park too which was nice. The angle of this home is perfect for the sun over the pool for maximum sun during the day and some beautiful sunsets. Wildlife in the area is great, over our trip we was lucky enough to spot wild manatees, dolphins, alligators, lizards, pigs, tortoises and rabbits! Lori was amazing, very easy to talk too, very responsive and made our trip so easy and relaxing. Some very special memories made and we would love to return again some time soon. Thankyou

This was the second time we have rented from Sabina (and Scottie). Though this was a quick visit, we found everything was completely in order. House was basically like new. We really enjoyed the over-sized hot tub (it is more like a pool)! We look forward to renting again from these folks the next time we are in SW Florida. Steve S.
