This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

Our family had a wonderful time here on our vacation. The house was very nice, clean, organized and cozy. We definitely recommend! Nicole was very nice lady and helpful.

The house was very open & inviting, easy to find with ample parking. It had easy access to the waterway and very convenient to grocery stores , restaurants and the beach. It’s located near the end of a canal but limited space for boat storage which we brought. But overall it was well worth the stay

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning! This is a super clean, functional, newly renovated, waterfront property. We would have loved to extend our stay and enjoy the home even longer. The neighbors were friendly and the street was very quiet. We traveled with our dog and it was very accommodating. Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back.

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

Nana and I took our 3 grandsons during the week for a mini vacation. The selling point was definitely having the use of a boat right in the backyard. The house was spotless and well stocked clean inside and out, the swimming pool was clean and a good size plus screened in which is a must because this time of year the mosquitoes on the West Coast could carry you away. Make sure you bring bug spray if you go out at night.. The area is beautiful by access of water with plenty of places to beach the boat so that the kids could play and fish. Restaurants are within 10 minute drive and most are waterfront.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. GREAT location! Loved having the pool and outdoor area. If you come to Englewood to enjoy all it has to offer and have a larger family, this house is wonderful! You can relax and read a book by the pool, spend a day at the beautiful beach located directly across the street, and come back home to enjoy a meal inside or poolside. There are excellent restaurants located nearby. The beds were comfortable, and there were ample linens so that you do not have to spend every day just doing laundry! There were dishes to use inside, and more durable ones to use at the pool! We had a fun week and created many lasting memories at this amazing home.

Truly sensational! We were pleasantly surprised with all the high tech gadgets in the home. Fabulous location in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was delightful. Troy was a great host, always responsive and provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed our stay in Punta Gorda!

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

This house was beautiful and provided a welcome escape from real-life for our weeklong vacation the saltwater pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them every chance we got! The decor is beachy and tasteful and the home isn’t cluttered. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, such a great vacation and we would happily stay here again!

Mark was such a great host and the home was just perfect for me, my wife and 10 year old son. Place was very clean, comfortable beds, all the needed amenities and the pool was marvelous!!! Neighborhood is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle, but also only 10 minutes away from Target, Walmart and a number of great restaurants! The garage was also nice to have for our rental vehicle! We were within an hour of numerous beaches but the hurricane aftermath was still an issue at most, but still was able to catch a few gorgeous sunsets! We highly recommend Mark’s place as he is so kind and easy to work with. His place was a 2nd home to us for 11 days. We hope to return as it was such a great place for us!

Its amazing house with modern interior beautiful pool and lake view. Few gators in the lake. Venice has amazing beaches and restaurants. Im glad to open this city for our family.

Second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. Family had a great time in the pool, fishing, and beach outings as well. Looking forward to another return soon.

Such an incredibly fun stay! This was perfect for our group and was close to Englewood beach and Dearborn street. We enjoyed the coziness of this home and everything it provided. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Definitely would stay here again!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Marina was very accommodating and friendly. The house was great and had everything we needed for a beach trip! This was my second time staying at this house, and I had a great experience both times.

This vacation was truly amazing. The house was roomy enough for our large family and most importantly, it stayed cooled to our liking. It had everything we needed. There was always something for everyone to do....fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking. No one was ready to leave after our week long stay. I can't say enough great things about Ingrid. So responsive, helpful and accommodating. She truly cares about her guests. Everyone we met on the island was helpful and so friendly, giving us advice and recommendations. I hope that this place is available for many years to come because I will definitely come back. It was that perfect!

Leroy’s place was perfect for our needs for our trip. The location was great for us to get to areas north and south of Venice. The price was a great value compared to other listings that were very similar. Definitely consider this place 😊

I highly recommend! The house was very cute, clean and very well stocked. The pool, patio area and pool features were fantastic. Everything was excellent and the host was very responsive and friendly. The check in and out process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had just one short week and would always love to come back. The large bed in one of two bedrooms lets you sleep so well, just perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of plates/cups/everything you need. Plenty of towels, umbrella and chairs for the beach (Manasota beach by car approx 10 min). Outdoor shower even for furry friends. Pool nice, clean, just great. The nicest garden of all houses around. All thumbs up.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Felt right at home! Everything was extremely clean including the outdoor restroom. The only downfall was that the grill was broken which was one of the main reasons we chose this home and also there was tiny little ants in the pool that we tried our best to get rid of but were unsuccessful. It’s okay though, we still had a blast and would stay here again!

Our stay at Greg and Bernadetta’s home in Venice, FL was exceptional. Every glowing review we read before booking turned out to be 100% accurate. The house is beautifully maintained with modern lighting, updated appliances. The layout is both stylish and functional. It was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation. One of the standout features for us was how comfortable and accessible the home was for my elderly father, who has limited mobility. The setup made it easy for him to move around safely. At the same time, the home and pool area were safe and accommodating for our 1-year-old granddaughter. She made herself right at home. Greg and Bernadetta went above and beyond as hosts. The home was stocked with many thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. They’ve put a lot of care and attention into every detail to make guests feel welcome. We can’t recommend this home highly enough, and we hope to return. Thank you, Greg and Bernadetta, for an unforgettable stay!
