We recently vacationed at Josie's home. Her four bedroom home was spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. The location could not be represented with pictures. We found sitting on the lanai very peaceful with its wonderful views of the golf course, a pond with birds visiting from time to time, and beautiful Florida sunsets. We especially appreciated the fence we put up by the pool for safety as we were traveling with a three year old. Awesome stay!

The stay was in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time at the pool there. The house was clean and free of clutter. When we had issues with the AC, Melissa responded right away and worked hard to fix the issue immediately. She refunded us the night as we stayed at a hotel with the house at 80. The AC got fixed the next day and we stayed our final night. Thanks Melissa for all your help making for a great stay.

My family and I had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend this house to friends and family if I were to rent it again I 100% would. For the price point you cannot beat this house definitely happy and satisfied with the service and the communication.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint home! Light switches and cabinets are labeled which was helpful. We’d stay here again for another quick trip to the area.

Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Home has plenty of room, there was only 3 of us but you could def sleep 5/6 in here comfortably. Beach is about 12 min away. Starbucks is 5 min. away. My only complaint is the tv situation, I didn’t realize before booking that there is only one tv in the living room. None in any of the bedrooms. The bed is very old in the one bedroom but surprisingly not that uncomfortable (or we were just very exhausted from being on the road every day exploring different areas) Pool table was nice to enjoy at night. The patio area has beach supplies. We left a boogie board for the next guest to enjoy. We love bnb’s that have chairs and stuff to take to the beach! Overall great place to stay. Ac works great, appliances are brand new & neighbors are quiet. Thanks to Lisa for a great stay!

If your traveling to Englewood,, book this place! Great location, super clean house and a great yard! And of course the jacuzzi! Amazing!

Clean, comfortable, nice mattresses. Very close to Boca Grande, which we love! Host was very responsive to our needs.

This property was perfect for our families!! So much to do and the island is very quiet and peaceful. We parked our boats at the dock in the back with ease. The beaches were virtually empty everytime we went and the sunsets are amazing!

We had a fabulous stay at Lynda’s, she was so wonderful and responsive to any questions we had. Her house is stunning, it was so clean and had everything we needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in at an AirBnb! The pool was fantastic and my girls swam for hours. We also loved watching the wild life on the canal. Thanks again for having us Lynda, we will definitely be back!!

Place was great, very clean and organized my family and I had a great time while respecting the rules and the neighbors. We spent most of our time in the pool and barbecuing outside. Therese was great, always checking on us and very responsive, honestly one of the best host I have seen.

Mary was so easy to talk to and very responsive. We chatting before and during our arrival. She has a lovely, Clean, organized home. She has been so gracious and we loved our stay there.

This is the third time we’ve been to David’s place and we will be back. It is perfect for us!

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the basics you could need for a short stay. Having the pool was the best part. There were plenty of options for entertainment in the house if the weather was sour. Just an hour or less to endless locations for great food and entertainment. I did not get to use the bikes but they looked so inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and nice... Would have been perfect for a ride around. I will definitely be checking availability when I'm visiting the area again. The host was friendly and available... Even though we didn't need anything. What a great way to get away.

We had a great stay. Our son loved the heated pool. The place was very clean when we arrived. Not to far from the beach. Would highly recommended it

We needed a place to stay while dealing with a family member’s passing. Joe’s place was a peaceful, comfortable, well appointed (and immaculate!) place that we could come home to after a very stressful day to clean up, relax and get a good night’s sleep. The Purple mattress saved my back - it was awesome! The house looks relatively new; is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a stay away from home, It is in a residential neighborhood, with quiet streets that you can go for a walk on. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. Thanks Joe!

This place was beautiful yet simple. Decorated to make you feel at home. Everything you need to cook with. Everything we needed to take to the beach. The pool was the perfect size. The water was perfect. The pool guy was very friendly. The lanai was so nice to be outside with zero bugs. If we come back to this area next time, we are definitely booking this gem!!

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 days. The house is simply amazing – everything is very clean and there is so much space. The little touches like coffee, snacks, and drinks were such a nice surprise! The pool and sauna are absolutely fantastic – we fully enjoyed them when the weather wasn’t ideal for the ocean. There are several beaches nearby, plenty of restaurants, and lots of things to do. We highly recommend this place for a getaway – everything you need is within reach! The hosts also provide a beach umbrella and chairs, which is an awesome bonus – no need to bring your own. Huge thanks for such outstanding hospitality! 1000/10

So modern and beautiful! The location was peaceful. A perfect stay with our pup. It was well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Alicja’s place for our annual golf trip! The home was spotless and very well maintained — clearly a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us: just a short drive to the beach and conveniently close to several great golf courses. It was the ideal spot for both relaxing and getting out for some fun activities. Highly recommend staying here, and we'd definitely come back again!

This home was as listed! Nice home with a pool that had a child fence to put around it. This made me more comfortable with my kids walking around outside. Plenty of room for 7 people to stay. It was a nice relaxing home.
