The little house is practical and comfortable. Good lighting, good kitchen, good bathroom. Bed is comfortable, but noisy - It makes squeaky sounds with any movement, not good for light sleepers. Lovely garden patio for relaxing. Note that there is no living room. The unit is a large kitchen and dining area, a large bedroom, a full bathroom, and a hallway area, which is mostly occupied by a futon. Great location - Be careful about street parking restrictions on Tuesday! Short walk to restaurants, grocery stores. The host, Lily, is responsive to phone calls.

This was an absolutely perfect place for me! Frances was communicative and understanding when there was a temporary glitch in my payment, and the self check in was easy. The backyard setting with the fruit trees felt so inviting. The little guesthouse was immaculate and well outfitted. Cooked several dinners while I was there and had all the utensils/cookware I needed. A short walk away is a plaza with numerous good restaurants and a great Asian market. Only half a block away from an LA Metro bus stop, using public transit for my sightseeing activities throughout the area was a breeze. Nice quiet attractive neighborhood. Didn’t need a thing, but am confident Frances would have taken care of it immediately. This suited me so well - zero complaints, incredibly happy and highly, highly recommend!!!

I had a great 1 month stay here. Hosts were communicative and respectful of my space. The area was tidy and felt spacious even with two full sized beds. So much detail and attention went into designing the place. I especially appreciated the rice cooker, laundry machines (with detergent) right outside my front door, and extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags. I had a few instances near the end of my stay where neighboring guests were loud during quiet hours, but my hosts were incredibly responsive late at night and immediately helped resolve any issues. I felt very safe here as a single woman traveling alone. The neighborhood is very walkable with secure designated parking spot on the property (no other cars will block you in).

Amazing stay , very clean and beautiful. More better then the pictures would recommend 100% . Would definitely stay here again , very private and they are welcoming.
