If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you may want to keep this in mind when considering your booking. No smoking is allowed on the property at anytime, inside or outside.

This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom back house on the quiet hilltop. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. Two 55" 4K TVs in the unit. The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.
