Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot!

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. If I could give more stars I definitely would, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we wanted and more, the beach was lovely and the seafood exquisite plus reasonably priced. Easy access to Rome centre with the benefit of being cooler in a beach location. Barbara went above and beyond as a host, I left my jacket in a taxi and she scoured the thousands of taxis to locate it and even collected it for me! Amazing apartment and hosts x

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in an absolutely central location. You have to know that there are 70 steps to the apartment. Great large roof terrace with sea views through the central location, of course, at night on the weekend, not quiet, which was not so good, was the second bed (which was the pull-out couch, not optimal for the back) everything clear refrigerator freezer compartment…. We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back and traveled by public transport on site. We then went swimming at Bagno Batitsta.

We had a great stay at Elenas apartment. It looks exactly like on the pictures and is very cozy, super close to the beach. Also the communication with Elena was great and she was very helpful. Grazie mille and all the best, Helene

The apartment is as described. Very large for 2 people, but another 8 people could come to visit and also stay overnight. The view from the breakfast table or from the roof terrace to the Mediterranean Sea is fantastic. The sun protection on the roof terrace is certainly repaired again for the season. Likewise, the 2nd refrigerator, as already mentioned in a previous review. Location is good We can recommend the marina with lots of small restaurants and shops. Caution: Behind the marina (up to the Tiber) is not necessarily suitable for tourists. Italians warned us about it. It is far enough away from the beautiful apartment...the walk to the harbor takes about 30 minutes along the promenade. A smaller supermarket is about 600 m from the apartment. We would book again. Last tip: An Amazon stick or similar could help...otherwise only Italian television...on both devices. Ciao

My daughter and I stayed for 10 days and it was definitely a home away from home! Had everything we needed and was nice and clean! Vito is a wonderful host! Definitely would stay again.
