Beachfront vacation rentals in Rome

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und bot eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive einer vollwertigen Küche und einem schönen Badezimmer. Der Strand ist in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und in der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Restaurants. Matteo war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot!

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Geweldige locatie met een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Salvatore is super vriendelijk. Het enige waar rekening mee gehouden moet worden is dat het wel een klim naar boven is met de trap, 75 trede. Het appartement is klein maar fijn, ik zou het zo weer boeken.

If I could give more stars I definitely would, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we wanted and more, the beach was lovely and the seafood exquisite plus reasonably priced. Easy access to Rome centre with the benefit of being cooler in a beach location. Barbara went above and beyond as a host, I left my jacket in a taxi and she scoured the thousands of taxis to locate it and even collected it for me! Amazing apartment and hosts x

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung in absoluter zentraler Lage. Man muss wissen, dass es 70 Stufen bis zur Wohnung sind. Tolle große Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer durch die zentrale Lage natürlich nachts am Wochenende, nicht leise was nicht so gut war, war das zweite Bett ( die die ausziehbare Couch war, nicht optimal für den Rücken) alles klar Kühlschrank Gefrierfach…. Wir sind mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zur Wohnung gefahren und zurück und haben uns vor Ort mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fortbewegt. Schwimmen waren wir dann am Bagno Batitsta.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. 🤩 Sie war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Erforderliche war vorhanden. Von der Dachterrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer.

We had a great stay at Elenas apartment. It looks exactly like on the pictures and is very cozy, super close to the beach. Also the communication with Elena was great and she was very helpful. Grazie mille and all the best, Helene

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Für 2 Personen sehr groß aber so könnten weitere 8 Personen zu Besuch kommen und auch übernachten. Phantastisch ist der Blick vom Frühstückstisch oder auch von der Dachterasse auf das Mittelmeer. Der Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse ist sicherlich zur Saison auch wieder repariert. Ebenso der 2te Kühlschrank, wie auch schon in einer vorherigen Bewertung nachzulesen. Die Lage ist gut. Empfehlen können wir den Yachthafen mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Ladenlokalen. Vorsicht: Hinter dem Yachthafen (bis zum Tiber) ist nicht unbedingt für Touristen geeignet. Italiener haben uns davor gewarnt. Die ist von der schönen Wohnung aber weit genug entfernt...der Fußmarsch bis zum Hafen dauert ca. 30 Minuten an der Promenade entlang. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist ca. 600m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir würden wieder buchen. Letzter Tipp: Ein Amazonstick oder ähnlich könnte helfen...ansonsten ausschließlich italienisches Fernsehen...auf beiden Geräten. Ciao

Vito ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber und kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste. Die Wohnung ist von Rom gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Auch ohne Auto sehr gut gelegen. Fußläufig zum Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank Vito!
