Nestled under the Wrekin this lovely flat is very well located and is handy for both business and leisure purposes. It is 5 minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and to Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford industrial parks and Telford International Centre. It is also a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. Our house is situated in a prime quiet residential street.

The annex at 44 Belvidere Road in Shrewsbury is part of our detached family home, but completely separate with its own entrance door. All newly refurbished with oak floors and doors, new kitchen and bathroom and new carpet in the bedroom. Flexible check in, a lockbox is available for late arrival or if we are not in to arrange access to the accommodation. Please note that while we provide limited cooking facilities, there is no full kitchen available.

This recently renovated Grade II 17th century mews cottage is tucked away in the centre of Shrewsbury close to beautiful river walks, shops, bars and restaurants. ⚠️ May 2025 Please note - there is some temporary building work being undertaken at an adjacent property. There may be noise from this (men & power tools, not JCBs or heavy machinery) for a couple of months. This will be weekdays 8am - 4pm).
