This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Home was built in 2024 so everything is new. We offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for a standard stay. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. This clean modern space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous scenery. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level. Private entrance, heated floors and ice cold AC. Two smart T.V's, one in the bedroom and living room. Well-stocked kitchenette and nice refrigerator. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. a nice grill and campfire space is provided. Pets are welcome.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Close to Hwy 55, Bass Lake Rd, and 94, nestled right on the border of Maple Grove. 2 miles to Medina Entertainment Center, 1 mile to Corcoran Lions Park and multiple golf courses, 5 miles to the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, 6 miles to Baker Park Reserve for kayaking, boat rental, rock climbing tower, or cross country skiing, and just 15 miles from downtown Minneapolis. Also close to many pickleball courts and Maple Grove currently has THE LARGEST pickleball court park in Minnesota!
