The apartment is spacious, bright, and looks right onto the Rock River. I would love to return in the summer and be able to enjoy the deck which overlooks the water. The location is convenient to many local attractions. It would be a good place for an extended stay with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Saul was a great host and replied quickly to messages.

Joan’s place is a great place that worked out well while in Rockford for the Ironman Race. Her and her husband introduced themselves upon arrival. Showed us around. Made suggestions for food. Also suggested a place to go for a run and how to get there. She was kind enough to let us check out a little late so my son could shower up after doing the Ironman race. It was centrally located in between a lot of places to eat. The unique renovated barn had more than enough room for two of us. Both my son and myself slept well the two nights we stayed. Would stay here again if in the area. If you want a host that is extremely kind and concerned about your stay. This is also another reason to stay.

My family stayed at Ruth’s place for two weeks and we felt right at home. The place was clean, smelled great and was supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and towels/linens. Miss Ruth even took it upon herself to offer new linens and towels at our preference, which was extremely appreciated!! The bathroom is equipped with mood lighting and really set the mood for the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent stay, truly exceeded our expectations. We were satisfied with the accommodations and will look to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much Ruth!!

The place was amazing! It had everything we needed for a girls getaway. She even had a list of thing to do/recommendations that help us made the weekend special! Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful the whole time from booking to checkout. 10/10 would recommend.
