Townhome vacation rentals in Roaring Fork River

We had a last second need and were able to access the house within 20 minutes of booking. It was perfect for a couple days of skiing. Great location, plenty of room, and an all around great stay for our family of 7.

Elizabeth was super helpful and extremely communicative. She was aware that the house would be ready well before hand and offered it to us well prior to the schedule which was much appreciated as we got in early. The house is right in town and very walkable. It is always an easy access point to all of the surrounding.

Location is spectacular - quick walk to downtown, right next to a nice park where we walked our dog and daughter played on the playground. The place had all the amenities needed. Erin was highly responsive. Our family was thrilled at the experience at Erin’s place and would strongly recommend!

We enjoyed this townhouse, sitting on the deck, watching and listening to Gore Creek. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet (we were there in May, which is off-season).

Beautiful views is what you get from this well equipped, well kept townhouse. It easily accommodates up to six people. The host is easy to contact, responsive, accommodating and welcoming. It’s location makes it easy to reach the slopes and town. To top it off, Crested Butte is a wonderful place to visit! Tom & Jane Logan

Our stay at Elizabeth’s Aspen home was excellent! We comfortably fit nine girls in the house, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is unbeatable—everything is walkable, from shops and restaurants to parks and walking trails. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Elizabeth is the most accommodating, proactive, friendliest host I’ve ever encountered. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Aspen. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s three bedroom, two bath condo. The space was exactly as pictured and described. Scott’s communication was proactive, regular, and very clear. My teenage son’s biggest wish for our trip to the area was to be able to go hiking by himself. We picked this place because of its close proximity to a popular hiking trail, and it did not disappoint!

Great place for a ski trip to Vail or Beaver Creek, about 10 minutes to either mountain. The townhouse was very clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I’m so torn- I want to give a glowing review but I don’t want everyone to know about it so I can have it again when we come back! This place, hands down, was the best vacation rental we’ve experienced. Clean, roomy, EASY TO GET INTO (and after a long day of travel, I cannot emphasize what a relief this was), comfortable, great location, all the amenities/necessities you need to feel immediately right at home. Couple of blocks walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and Mountain Express shuttle stop which we used frequently to get back and forth to the ski area. Even in ski boots at the end of a full day of skiing, the walk back from the shuttle stop was not bad at all. You know it’s a great trip when no one wants to leave! Thanks Mike for the great spot, good fishing recommendations, and being readily available. We had a fantastic time, and can’t wait to return!

I would recommend this as a nice stay for the able bodied. The host responded to our questions quickly. The kitchen is well equipped and Elk Ave is about a 10 min walk. You can easily take the shuttle from there to the ski resort! There are clear instructions for the property on the kitchen counter. We had a great stay and would recommend to those visiting CB!

Great view of the mountain and very comfortable condo. Garage was a little tight for a truck, but there was always a spot in the lot.

Awesome stay for a large group willing to pay for location, convenience, and extra space. We had 6 adults and two small children and were able to spread out, cook meals, and hang out on the large deck. We had fires in the fireplace and loved the hot tub. The shuttle makes getting to and from the resort so simple. Blake was very responsive and check-in/check-out were a breeze. The unit looks exactly like the listing, and the large mud/laundry room with separate entrance was fantastic. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Great place— can’t beat it, especially if you have kids and are skiing Snowmass. Elijah is a great host. Good communication and his place was very clean, had fully stocked kitchen (high speed blender, pots, pans, condiments, etc.) and bathrooms with nice toiletries. Will definitely be back.

The place was great! Perfect for two families. Two master bedrooms and nice separate spaces and bathroom for the kids. It was clean and comfortable and very convenient to parking for the mountain shuttle. We had a wonderful time.

Our family of four loved this unit, we stayed at the end of the spring ski season. Spacious and comfortable with a killer view to mountains over the town of Crested Butte. The town itself is a quick five minute drive. Kitchen and living spaces all well-appointed, but not cluttered, with extras of pretty much anything you'd need, including tray for large square cocktail ice cubes! Large, private garage with lots of storage throughout the unit. Because we were at the end of the ski season enough snow had melted that it was a short walk-in/walk-back. We can see how it would be walk-out/ski-in otherwise. Responsive host.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and stylish place. Comfortable beds and everything was as described. Great location for exploring western Colorado.

My husband and I were fortunate to spend the month of March @ Dustin’s place in Basalt. It worked out great for us. The location was perfect. It was an easy 15 min walk into town and super convenient being so close to the bus stop for Aspen or to go down Valley. The neighborhood is very nice, and the Rio Grande trail is just a short walk from his place. The Condo is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and well equipped for a stay. We are already looking forward to going back next year!!!

Our stay during March Spring break was awesome! We felt right at home. The furnitures and amenities were in great condition. Water was hot and hot tub & sauna worked well. So close to Beaver Creek and Vail! They had racks for ski equipments too! We would definitely visit again!

Modern and very clean townhouse in Eagle. Easy to communicate with the owner Matthew. Would rent this place again next time we visit Eagle.

We rented Mark's home for the entire winter season and it was magical! The home is exactly that...a home! It has everything you could ever need, plus more. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, beautiful, vey well maintained, and spacious. Mark was an excellent host and was always available to support our questions and offer Crested Butte advice. The location of the home is fantastic. Even with all the wonderful winter snow, the community is completely walkable, great trail options, and easy to navigate. We loved our time in Mark's home in Crested Butte and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here for spring break! We have three kids under 9 years old and the place was very walkable to ski school / base of mountain for our littles. I loved that the kitchen came stocked w the essentials - it’s so annoying when places don’t even have the basics! It was clean, convenient and had plenty of room for our family of 5! Would def book again if we come back. We did not rent a car - which we probably would next time. We used the bus to take us to town but it was a little bit of a hike to the town square bus stop for our 4 year old. Not far for the rest of us though! Eli was responsive and helpful and even was able to let us have access to the place a few hours early. A+!!

Wow, what a great stay! We have stayed at many places in Leadville and this was by far the best. House is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Eduardo’s communication is excellent - proactive and responsive. Close to Ski Cooper and a short drive to Main Street in Leadville. I would highly recommend!
