House vacation rentals in Roaring Fork River

Jill's house was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The layout is great and we enjoyed how quiet it was in the area.

This condo is as advertised! It’s comfortable and clean. Great hot tub and pool. Proximity to lifts is as good as you can get without ski-in/out (which becomes MUCH more expensive).

Beautiful home with wildlife every morning. Close to town, only a 25 min drive to everything. Two families enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

The condo and building are brand new and very clean. Spacious. Avantstay (property manager?) had it outfitted with everything you could need - nice shampoos, detergent, snacks, etc. We were familiar with the building so knew what to expect on that end. The pool and water slide were heated which my kids loved after skiing. There's also a hot tub and a huge nice hot tub the size of a pool which we enjoyed as well. Only issue was that the condo management kept trying to charge us fees both at check in and after check out. The owner, the property manager and the building need to sort that out so we don't get worried about additional fees outside of the Airbnb contract.

This condo was beautiful! Super close to snow mass& can take an easy free bus ride to the mountain & to downtown aspen. JD was an awesome host— so responsive and kind. An overall great spot in aspen/ snowmass!

Wonderful stay at a high end condo! All the beds were super comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hot tubs and pool onsite were a hit for the kids!

We just returned home after 4 fantastic nights at Katie's place. The pictures do not do it justice especially the views, they were amazing! The house was very clean and well appointed. We have to say it has been our best experience with Airbnb so far. All the amenities were well thought out and had extras of everything. It was much appreciated. We had a very special family time with my husband and I, our son, daughter in law and our two grandsons (age 1 and 4). They loved seeing the wild turkey, deer and elk every day and were very sad to leave. We would definitely like to return.

What an amazing place. The view off the deck is incredible. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed. Looked even better alegan the pictures.!One of the better equipped Airbnb kitchens I’ve come across as well. Lorrie was a great host and answered all questions quickly. Close to both glenwood and Carbondale. Can’t go wrong.

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is truly special. It is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to town for anything we needed. My family especially appreciated the cozy living space and the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook and spend quality time together. The outdoor space was also a highlight with an amazing view of Mt. Sopris. We loved sitting outside in the fresh mountain air, taking in the views and enjoying the solitude. David was a responsive and thoughtful host, and everything about the experience felt smooth and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the Roaring Fork Valley.

We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s place and enjoyed the quiet and beautiful area. We went into basalt to explore and eat out which is a short 7 min drive. The stay itself was lovely as were Kevin and his animal friends. Our dog came up with us and had a great time meeting them.

The house was everything we had hoped for. Location is perfect. Between Vail and Beavercreek. The whole accommodation was five star.

Our family of five adults had a wonderful week-long stay at this property. The house was spacious, comfortable and the layout allowed everyone to have personal space. The house was clean, well-appointed and communication with Stacey was great. She was very responsive, friendly and helpful when needed. We enjoyed being able to walk into town and meet up with our son and his family who live nearby, and driving to other communities for recreation and dining was easy. The house offered everything we were looking for during the holiday. If circumstances allow, we would happily return in the future.

Nice place for our ski group of 7. Affordable considering there's only 25 minutes drive to ski resorts. The best thing is that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Strongly recommended!

We came with our son and his 4 children, ages 6 to 16. We found the house to be very comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the rec room. The kitchen was very nice with all modern appliances. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were all very clean and functioned well. We very much enjoyed the house and everything was as described. The setting of the house was very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed being there, and it was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking. We enjoyed hiking in Glenwood Springs, Snowmass, and Aspen.

Great spot close to Aspen. Clean and cozy space, great for 6 people. Gathering spaces for the group, and also spots for some privacy. Note that the room with the twin beds is attached to the room with the king bed, there is a doorway, but no door separating them. Really enjoyed our stay!

My family of 4, 2 boys 9 and 15, loved this house! Everything was as listed and perfect, but what I personally loved about it was that I could feel that the house had been a center of a loving family and it had a great energy from that. You could feel all the memories through the amazingly stocked kitchen, all the great furniture, and even the millions of boardgames and kids books. This is not an airbnb created as a business, it's a home that was well-loved and lived in and is now being shared with us, which is what I love that airbnb can bring. The pellet stove was great and cozy, my son played so much pool and we played all the games a lot and enjoyed the playground. Bathrooms were super lux feeling, everything felt as clean as a lux hotel, great sheets, mattresses, towels, everything was so well stocked. Would highly recommend for families seeking more private rural lux log cabin with great views and amenities.

This airbnb truly felt like a home. From the fully stocked kitchen (with beautiful unique pottery) to the cozy couch with a blanket and all the wonderful little touches in between (artwork, crystals, etc.) this place felt more like a home. It was clean, spacious, well-lit, and relaxing. We loved the location and found it easy to walk to town, the grocery store, and many other amenities. We highly recommend this place!

We loved our time at the cabin! We rented the 4x4, and had a wonderful day out as a family. Craig was incredibly responsive and helpful with suggestions on what to do around the area, and was helpful with any questions we had regarding the house. This location is quite remote but its beauty is unparalleled- just what we needed! We would definitely come back again.

The pictures on the listing caught my eye, but when I arrived, it was even better! The view was incredible and breathtaking. The place was very clean, the beds were super comfy, and the host was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. I wish I could have spent more time enjoying the place, but we were there to snowboard in Aspen and attend the X Games. I would definitely rent it again to focus on enjoying the property more next time.
