My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

Amazing place! Julie was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had and her home looked just like the photos and was very clean. Her property manager, Estela, was wonderful too. So helpful and nice and helped us get our golf cart back so easily and had a car service at the house to take us to the airport right on time. One of the best trips I've ever been on, can't wait to come back again. Thank you, Julie, for a wonderful place to stay!

This is a special place in Sayulita; it’s a quick walk to the plaza, beach, and many great restaurants. This place is great because there are common areas and private rooms with bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again!

Beautiful and private sexy gorgeous surroundings close to beach and places to eat. Hill is very steep. Be prepared for slippery surface after rain (bring shoes with good traction)

Beautiful property with classic charm and lush gardens. We felt we were in our own private oasis. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bring earplugs. The roosters start early and are relentless!

Wow, this home is incredible. Book it. We've stayed in Sayulita a few times and this might have been our favorite Airbnb. It's a little longer of a walk to town than some places, but we loved the peace and quiet that offered. Some construction noise during the day, but truly not bad at all. We still walked everywhere (no golfcart needed unless you want). We also ended up spending more time in the home than we planned simply because we had an amazing oasis and pool right there. Rene was really helpful making sure we had everything for a great stay, including a recommendation for a local chef who cooked us an awesome poolside dinner. Separately we also booked in home massages and I highly recommend. Already can't wait to come back.

Vicky and Bob's villa is a great place to stay when visiting San Pancho. I would definitely return here in the future. they were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. they let us know about local events happening as well as restaurant recommendations. The unit even came with a couple folding beach chairs and umbrella to use, so you don't have to pay for stuff on the beach. That was really helpful for us! The unit we were in was on the ground floor too, so it stayed nice and cool making for good sleeps! looking forward to being back in San Pancho!

Originally booked Casa Palapa, but wanted AC. Kalle was able to accommodate and had a suite available with AC to upgrade me. Was sad to leave the space as it was super comfortable and clean

This spot was so perfect for our stay. Super close to the beach so nice and easy to take our surf boards back and forth, but also very close to great restaurants, coffee spots and yoga. Super comfy spot for two, exactly as described. Easy to access and Boyd was super easy to reach with any questions we had. Would love to stay again ☺️

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We absolutely loved everything about this place! It was so close to everything. Great food and the beach was less than a five minute walk. Ebony was wonderful throughout our entire stay. She really thought of everything! We felt so comfortable here and it was definitely our vibe. We were worried about the bar down stairs being loud at night but we honestly didn’t hear much during our stay. We most definitely will be back here . Our stay was amazing . Ebony has so many things she recommends to do and places to eat and drink, and every single one was amazing. Don’t think about it just book your stay here !!!!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The view was absolutely amazing, and the sunsets were truly of a kind. The golf cart was super useful for getting around, and the place had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

It's right in the middle of town. Tons of great shops and restaurants within a few steps. Just a few blocks to the beach. The stairs are narrow and winding so might be challenging for some. Great rooftop terrace. The AC was nice. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good for us although we did light cooking. We loved the shower. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Felt fairly private. You might want to bring earplugs for the roosters all hours of the night (not an issue for us). We loved the town and the place. We would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time in Sayulita and studio paraiso was the perfect place to stay! It is not in the middle of the commotion, but the centre of the town and the main beach are only a short walk away. There is even a beach, cafes and restaurants on that street which gave us plenty options. The neighbours were quiet and friendly, including the cats! Amenities/air conditioning worked well, had some coffee and basic spices as well as jugs of purified water which was great. Ignacio was helpful and responsive and left a list of activities in the Airbnb, a sun umbrella, a blanket and some books. The water pressure was a little low, and there was construction around 8-9am every morning. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

Great stay and cozy place

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

First time in PV- and wow. This location and view is literally unmatched. Steps down from the blue water, rooftop pool is unmatched, and the balcony in the mornings are heavenly views. I plan to stay here every time in the future for my visits to PV. It was a wonderful time and hope to visit and come here again VERY soon :)

We had a great stay - being on the beach is priceless. We loved the pool - it was huge, beautiful and never crowded. I loved not having to fight for a pool chair. The place itself does take a beating from being on the ocean, but that is to be expected with a beachfront location. The kitchen was serviceable - but the porch was incredible - we loved sitting out there in the morning watching the ocean. Restaurants are super walkable and many are really, really good. The ocean right in front of the condo was a bit rough for us, but we just walked down the beach towards a smaller cove and found good swimming for our 12 and 15 year old boys. Overall it was a terrific trip! Thanks for sharing this special place with us!

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Highly recommended. The condominium has very good amenities. the pools have hot water. Beach access very spacious parking. the apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities and in very good condition.
