Hot summer sale 2for oneVallarta 4 minutes t beach

I really enjoyed staying at Guillermo and Veronica's place for a few days. They were very hospitable. I really appreciated the lovely breakfasts they prepared - different every day. I happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and they invited all of us guests to join them for a New Year's dinner. With family, friends and guests there were over 20 people for dinner, and it was delicious. We then watched the fireworks together from the roof - Guillermo and his family's hospitality went above and beyond. The property itself is older, however they have made very nice improvements with electric door locks, A/C in the rooms, and flat screen TV's. My room was basic but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot water and water pressure (very good for Mexico). The street outside is very busy and can be noisy, but that's par for the course in Puerto Vallarta (earplugs helped me sleep like a baby). Overall I was very impressed and would be happy to go back.

B&B Work and Relax Minutes to Beach 200mb

RobRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Clean, easy check-in, and close to a lot of places. Super close to lots of amazing food places and walking distance from the Malecón and Zona Romantica. Guillermo and Veronica were such kind and lovely hosts! I would absolutely stay here again when I visit PV.

Long flight delays put my arrival at 1:00 am, yet the team at Villa's stayed up to communicate with me on how to get into the grounds and my room. The room was super clean and made for a great stay.

Sunny Vallarta B&B Ocean View Walk t beach

SrinivasRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Guillermo, Veronica and Augustus treated me like family. Veronica's breakfast and foods were sooooo tasty! Internet connection was fantastic. If you need to take a lot of calls while working perhaps a room facing to the back of the house would be more helpful. The house is located centrally so you can walk everywhere. I could jog to Zona Romantica in about 15 mins each day. The views are rooftop are terrific. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I wish the hosts all the very best!

Cozy Single Queen Suite with Outdoor Patio

PhilMarileaRating, 5 stars76 months ago
Beautiful boutique bnb.  This grand old mansion is perfectly maintained with lovely decor- beautiful hardwood and marble tile. An ideal location; short walking distance to Zona Romantica, yet a retreat from its touristic party atmosphere.   Our room was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated.  We loved the little outdoor patio with the trickling fountain.  Comfortable double mattress is a bit softer than most in Mexico, which we appreciated.  Excellent shower - lots of hot water and water pressure.  A/C was quiet and worked well.   Delicious breakfasts were provided each day; we enjoyed eating on the open air patio looking north over the Old Town/Romantic Zone.   The rooftop patio, pool, and palapa were wonderful and we spent hours up there enjoying the breezy shade and view.   There was construction noise during business hours, which is the case in most parts of Puerto Vallarta, but this was quiet in the evening.  It didn't wake us in the morning.  Any noise audible in our room was countered effectively by the fountain. Hosts were excellent - prompt responses and helpful with suggestions, yet allowing us  our own space.   Several other groups of guests were there and we enjoyed visiting with them at breakfast.  The rooms are well soundproofed from one another.

Ocean View suite with Jacuzzi

TonyaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This boutique hotel 30 minutes outside of the Romantic Zone of PV is really a gem. The uniqueness of the tree house rooms makes this an amazing experience. We stayed in the Hummingbird Suite which is on the lowest level of this tower. The room was gorgeous and hard to leave. The pool with the swing was just as pictured and the temperature of the water was perfect for the seasonal weather. These suites face the sunset on the bay which makes for beautiful sunset views but also shaded cool mornings with a lovely breeze that lasts well into the afternoon. If sun is desired though, just pop down to the infinity pool on the ground floor. Also loved the lounger and the hammock. The view is incredible. Breakfast is included here and they are generous dishes which are very fresh. The variety of the meals is limited, but they are delicious. Green juice daily was lovely and the french toast was my favorite. Omelettes also yummy. Beautiful hotel and the staff was warm and accommodating.

Summer sale downtownPv free breakfast walk beach

This Airbnb is on a busy street near the north end of the Malecon. My unit was on the backside of the building so I did not have to deal with any traffic noise. The air conditioner was a welcome addition to the room. The room is comfortably sized with a king bed and an attached bathroom with sink, toilet, shower. The common area on the top floor has a communal kitchen which I did not used but there are couches for relaxing and a view out over the Pacific--it has a lovely vibe to it. Guillermo is an affable and helpful host. He always seemed to be working on something and yet was happy to answer questions at any time.
A welcoming entrance area features a wooden sign reading 'Mi Casa es su Casa.' Large glass sliding doors provide a view into an inviting living space, where potted plants enhance the atmosphere. Natural light floods the area, highlighting the clean design and layout.
