Vacation rentals with a patio in Riviera Nayarit

The place was very nice and homey, the nearest beach was a 4 minute walk away, the pool was very nice and large, just a little deep.

The apartment was beautiful, well located, and just as described. The hosts were communicative and responsive; we had a few requests during our stay and they were resolved extremely fast. We stayed here with our 1 year old and location was perfect- easy walking distance to everything but far enough away from the center to be quiet.

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Photos of this apartment don't do it justice. It's nicer in person. It has everything you need, towels, laundry center, well-equipped kitchen, and the bed is SUPER comfortable. My husband and I regret not having scheduled our entire stay at this place. We slept like kings, there were no noises and no light came in. The pool is very nice, with an amazing view. The gym is well equipped and there is a hammock area where you can rest. It has security and its own parking, and it was very easy to access. Communication with Sebastian and Louis was simple and efficient. It's one of the best places we've stayed in Mexico. If we return to Puerto Vallarta, we would stay here again.

Wow, this place is absolutely breathtaking. Better than the pictures, want to come back. The walk to town is 10 minutes, which is not bad and we enjoyed it. But if hills and walking is not your thing Taylor will help with golf cart rental and have it waiting when you arrive. Taylor provided filtered water and beach towels. She also gave clear instructions, restaurant recommendations and timely responses. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

It was the perfect, cozy spot with the perfect location. Tastefully decorated, and that private terrace such adds even more charm to the unit. Would definitely reserve this spot again next time I’m in San Pancho…

This is my second time staying at Cesar’s place. It’s a place I feel at home in, where I might’ve chosen the furnishings. I love the indoor/outdoor flow and enjoy spending time in the beautiful private patio. It’s quiet, spotlessly clean, with a great bed, nice linens, and everything I need to have a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to a great swimming beach, stores and restaurants.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

Great place, great location, great host

My family spent 9 nights in Sayulita. The house was just as described on the listing. It was great for a family as the pool was fun for everyone, especially my 5 year old grandson. Even though everything was within walking distance we did rent a golf cart from Gorge, the property manager. It made it easier to get to the restaurants and stores and was fun to use. Everyone that worked on the house (Pool cleaner, housekeeper and the property manager) were very pleasant and helpful. A shout out to Yoli, the housekeeper. She did a great job. We would definitely stay at "The Hot Pink Paradise" if we ever get back to Sayulita. Last but not least, Pumpkin the neighborhood cat is very sweet.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's property. Location: nice & quiet, two blocks to the beach (the less busy northside of the beach), very close to a number of good eating places, >10-minute walk to the downtown, and not on the hill! Property Management: The Tu Casa team were excellent and very helpful. Two of them met us upon arrival and provided helpful information. Janet popped by to introduce herself as well. They were very responsive via a W/A group chat, and happy to help with anything related to the property, or visiting Sayulita. House: Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything you need. Excellent coffee table books! Yard and pool: Lovely area and all rooms open out onto this. As disclosed, there is a camera pointed at the swimming pool. The owner resides on the upper levels (separate entrances) but takes care not to be intrusive. Sayulita was a lovely spot for a vacation. We would return to this town, and to this property!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Paulo is a fantastic host, very responsive, and this house is spectacular! We had the best time for my bachelorette as a group of 8 and it was plenty of space. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. The views are unmatched! We will be back :)

Really loved this place. Location and view was phenomenal.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Jim’s penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was an absolute gem! It’s just as gorgeous as the photos—stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We stayed with another couple, and the layout worked out perfectly. As the trip planner, my friends insisted we claim the dreamy master bedroom with its stunning views. Our friends were happy in the quiet and comfy second bedroom. Jim was an amazing host—super communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He left us a bottle of tequila, which we put to excellent use with a pre-dinner shot tradition every night. The two giant jugs of water in the fridge were also a super thoughtful and nearly lasted our whole trip. I’d come back to Jim’s place in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone heading to PV!

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. We give them our highest recommendation.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Excellent place to spend time with family and relax, the apartment is very nice and very clean, it has everything you need to be comfortable, I would just add some teflon pots. The place is very clean, tidy, the pools are very clean and the common areas are always clean. I would definitely return, Salvador's service was incredible, always attentive and with a prompt response. I highly recommend it,
