The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

While we welcome shorter stays, please be aware that we offer a substantial discounts for 7+ and 30+ day stays. If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, horses, or UTV/ATV riding, this is the location for you. With McDowell Mountain Park and Brown’s Ranch a short bike ride away, this property has access to some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in the state. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.
