My partner and I absolutely love Grand Junction and cannot wait for visitors to enjoy it as well! You will have access to the room through a private entrance around the back of the house. You will have to go down either the stairs or an unpaved hill beside the stairs, so we do not recommend booking this room if you have accessibility needs. Great location: -1 mile from Two Rivers Winery -3.3 miles from Lunch Loop Trailhead -Quiet home with great views of Monument National Park

Bev's place is located on a hill with a very nice view of the morning sunrise. We spent several mornings and evenings sitting on the patio relaxing in prep for or following our daily strenuous activities. The location is away from the busyness of Grand Junction but close enough to access whatever you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property...just be aware that there is no oven which was not a big deal for us. Laundry is available in the unit. Even though we had temps in the 80s, the property was nice and cool without running the available air conditioning. If you're looking for a place to veg-out during your down time but be accessible to the activities around GJ, you can't beat this one.

Oh my goodness, I can't sing enough praises for this special place! It is the perfect "hideout" for 1-2 people. It is bright and cheery, while at the same time private and quiet. The decor is modern farmhouse and just lovely. Every amenity is thought of, and there is a great kitchen with plenty of coffee options. The entire unit is spotless, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The location is great, and I felt very safe. There is off-street parking with a dedicated spot. Carla was a wonderful host and is very responsive. I am extremely particular where I stay, and I wouldn't change a thing. I have stayed in many Airbnb rentals all over the world, and this unit is by far my favorite! I can't wait to stay there again!
