Lovely apartment in a great location with spectacular views! Hope to visit again in future.

We were two families with two children and spend a week in Lena’s house. The villa is specious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The house is in a remote location so you do need a car for everything, but you are in a less touristy and quiet spot of Crete and you can reach most of the top attractions within an hour drive. It’s about 15min drive to the nearest beach and 45min to Rhetymno town. It’s also easy to go to the mountains.

Amazing!! Tons of outdoor space. Kitchen had everything you needed. The sunsets off the top balcony were amazing. We were there in winter and the heat worked great.

Beautiful location and amazing views. Slightly awkward to drive to with slightly bad very hilly roads so a 4x4 would have felt safer but we managed with a small rental car. The villa was lovely and the views were to die for. The infinity pool was really nice. We were welcomed by the owner and his wife himself with a nice welcome pack of provisions. Only (small) caveat is the necessity for a car as even the nearby village, beach and shops was a bit of a hilly trek. Overall a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Kerat style! Authentic house with 3 beautiful outdoor seating areas, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom., kitchen and living room. The house has everything you need. Everything is very simple, but incredibly functional. Beautiful flowers around the seating area at the entrance. People pass by, greet you in a friendly manner and say: Oh, what a cozy place! WiFi works perfectly. The atmosphere in Kerames is great. The locals greet you very kindly. You can quickly have a nice conversation. A woman gave us homemade pastries and other authentic treats on Sundays after church. Just like that. Incredible hospitality! At the bottom of the Platia there is life, villagers and tourists in the two taverns / cafes. The cheese factory sells divine goat yogurt and misithra. Communication: Sevastiana responds immediately, friendly, competent. Emilia takes care of the house with her husband. Always on hand, totally helpful, a very friendly person!

We had a great stay in Matala. The appartement has a beautiful location with an amazing view over the beach, sea and caves of Matala. It was only 1 min walk to the main street, and 20 meters more to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars on walking distance. The big plus for us was the private outdoor shower to shower off sand/sea water, and the big outdoor table with an incredible view. It was also a really short hike up to the top behind the appartment to watch the sunsets (on the way to the red beach). Ieronimoss was really helpfull with check-in and check-out. Recommended!

We loved staying in this house - one of the best that we have stayed in over many years visiting Crete . View over the mountains is spectacular and the area is very quiet. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The outside sitting area and pool are perfect for sunbathing and eating outside. We didn’t want to leave ! Eleftherios was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. We would love to return .

Outstanding views, 5* accommodation with hosts that go above and beyond and can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Recommendations of local places to eat. If you can, take use of the local chefs to come in and cook for you. Family of 7 cost us €280 as a guide without drinks and was beautiful food. The villa is spacious and relaxing and perfectly placed to walk into plaka and short drive to almyrida beach with beautiful fish tavernas and water activities. Party of 3 boys (15,15 and 12), my husband and I and his parents it was the perfect house to have our own spaces but still come together. The photos do not do the house justice at all. The outdoor kitchen, outside bath and jacuzzi plus all the outdoor terraces to each room are spectacular. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to be back again one day. We had a fantastic week away at Orizontes Residence in Crete where the whole family felt relaxed and hardly wanted to leave as we had everything we needed on site. The property is beautifully decorated inside with everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with towels, bathrobes and their own bathrooms. Outside is where the property is even better with a beautiful pool, a shaded dining area, a hot tub, a table tennis table, and an outdoor gas fire, all with the utmost privacy. The WiFi was so good we had no complaints from our sons all week and the air-conditioning was excellent even though it was nearly 40 some days! The whole family loved our time here and we will definitely be returning to such a great property in a perfect location. Thank you again to Roi, Xenia and Rosetta who made our holiday such a memorable one and congratulations on such a perfect holiday home.

We had the most wonderful stay at Wild Pear Villa. The villa is beautiful with a fantastic view of Agia Pelagia and the sea. It was in perfect condition, super clean, stocked with everything you need. We did not have a car but it's a short walk down to a small but lovely beach where you will find a few restaurants and a mini market. A little further walk will take you to Agia Pelagia which has many more restaurants and shops. Our hosts were wonderful. Anna and Victoria quickly replied to any questions we had and their mother Olga greeted us with food, fruits and beverages which we really appreciated arriving in the evening after a long flight from New York. Lovely people and a lovely home. We honestly didn't want to leave!

A very large, clean house with fantastic views. Communication with the host is great. In the middle of the stay, the entire house was cleaned, all towels were replaced. Pool was cleaned regularly. Very quiet, secluded location. A car is necessary for this accommodation, as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, it is also described in the description. A road leads to the sea, is within walking distance. In strong waves, access is difficult to use.

Great accommodation, great hostess, very friendly and accommodating. Everything very clean. We would book it again at any time.

An unforgettable stay at Villa In Vivo! Our experience at the Villa was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is pure luxury - spotlessly clean, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a relaxing and carefree stay. What truly made our holiday special, however, was the incredible hospitality of our host, Panagoula. Even before our arrival, she was in touch with me, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel welcome from the start. We were greeted with such warmth at the airport, and upon arrival at the villa, we found delightful culinary surprises and a beautiful selection of fresh fruit waiting for us. The mid-stay cleaning service after four days was a lovely touch, and we are especially grateful for Panagoula’s tireless support after the stormy weather – and for the delicious, healthy meal she brought us during the week! You and your family are the best! Highly recommended – we’d return in a heartbeat. Thanks a lot!

10/10 would recommend! Everything was according to the description and worth the price. Our apartament was clean and spacious, very well equipped for daily use. Odisseas & Evita were available and very helpful while sharing their recommendations. The town is small and rather quiet in April but the views and surroundings were most beautiful.

Our stay at the villa in Crete was simply fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and communication with the hosts was friendly, quick and straightforward from the beginning. The villa itself was in perfect condition – very clean, high quality and modernly equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen had everything you could need, the bedrooms were cozy and air conditioned, and the outdoor area with pool was an absolute highlight. Here we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. There was even a ping pong table that provided a lot of fun and variety. The location of the villa is ideal: quiet and idyllic, but still close enough to beaches, taverns and shopping. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Thank you for this unforgettable time, we highly recommend this place!

Loved our stay at Villa Sapphire and would not hesitate to stay there again. Our host Maria was fantastic and responded quite quickly to any question we may have had. The villa was super clean and comfortable with all the listed items. It was exactly how the pictures showed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view of Souda Bay was the highlight. Walking distance to the beautiful Kera Beach as well to Almyrida for supermarket, restaurants, shops, beach and boat rentals make it easy for those without a car.

Our stay at Aristoteles Residence was marvellous. Maria was a a very helpful host that assisted us with anything we needed. The Villa was much more beautiful than anticipated and had a very well equipped kitchen. Would come here again any time.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this property, accompanied by our two teenaged children and my parents who are 79 & 81. It has panoramic views of the sea and surrounding Cretan landscape that are gorgeous, as are the grounds themselves. The house is accessed by an automated gate, so private and secure. The outside amenities are amazing and no detail has been spared, especially for families, as described in the listing. There is an elevator, which we predominantly used for luggage but is handy with older family members as the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all with their own en suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a soaking tub. The top floor is its own suite with the stairs open to below so great if you are traveling with a family but maybe less so if you are four couples. The communication was excellent, with Roy responding to WA messages within moments, regardless of hour and the housekeeper came daily. We loved our stay!

We really loved our stay at Galini Breeze which was last stop on our honeymoon trip. We were made to feel very welcome by Serhat on arrival and throughout our time both Serhat and Hamza were super friendly hosts. They also provided us with some great recommendations on secluded beaches to visit. The hotel itself was lovely, with beautiful pool area overlooking the Mount Ida in one direction and the coast. Rooms were very contemporary with lovely private balconies. It was nice how they had thought about everything, and even had a washing machine, a selection of beach toys/ sun umbrellas. While a bit touristy we enjoyed Agia Galini, plus it is an amazing base to explore if you have access to a hire car and don't mind the hills. Other than that the driving was fine. Thanks
