It is located on the west coast of Paros, just 300 meters from the port of Parikia, 300 meters from sandy beaches, next to many facilities (bakery, super market, banks, restaurants, cafes and bars) and 12 km from the local airport. The super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks will covered your every day needs. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our villa. In few minutes walking distance from our Villa here are many sandy organized or not beaches and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, a unique experience. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros. Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. Our vacation in Paros was simply amazing. The Apartment of Carla is even better than what can be seen on the pictures. Carla thought of everything you need: lots of towels (even small ones just for Make Up and also several big ones for the beach), beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler etc. She is such a kind and welcoming person. Thank you Carla! :)

Thank you Giorgos for a wonderful 12 days at your beautiful villa! Amazing views and very peaceful location. Everything was great and we’d love to return. We enjoyed our stay at the villa..it’s so well equipped, the interior and exterior are lovely.. the poolside seating & cooking area are 👌 We felt really relaxed and at home, and with great beaches, bars, supermarkets all really close by, everything is easy. We hired a car and explored the island & followed Giorgio’s recommendations to go up into the villages at Xalki, filoti & Apeiranthos and then onto a fish restaurant “Apanemi” at Moutsouna…highly recommend - stunning views on the way, and the food was delicious

Wonderful place!! The place is perfectly located right downtown, in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. It's close to the port too so traveling around is very easy. The apartment itself is very clean and neat. Overall a great stay in a great location. Maria is a fantastic host. She was very responsive leading up to the trip, and was warm and welcoming when we got there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back!

We had beautiful days in Parikia. The house has a beautiful view of the bay. You live on the hill, but by car you can quickly get to town and the beaches. We have often been to Paros, the view is one of the most beautiful we have ever had. Georgia is a great landlady, she is very accessible. Thank you for everything.
