The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

The house is located in an olive grove, a farmers-only spot with the unspoiled beauty of the Cretan landscape. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

La Perla de Maroulas... cocoon in a small village

In the small historic village of Maroulas, 3km from the beaches and 8km from Rethymno , a small stone cocoon house in the country restored in the minimalist style with pool , splendid views of the white mountains of Chania and the village (highest house) , first tour of Venetian care in the courtyard , suitable for one couple and two children (double sofa bed on the ground floor.). The house is very confidential and not overlooked.
