ONAR VERDE loft has 2 comfortable bedrooms with fine linen, a stylish living room, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen. It is fully Air conditioned and has an excellent wifi connection to stay in touch with the world. In the terrace upstairs you can enjoy your morning coffee or your wine while watching the Old city from above. Wander the picturesque alleys of the old town within walking distance of the old port and shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach, Nea Chora, is 15 minutes away, with a small fishing port, a broad sandy beach, and many good fish restaurants. ONAR VERDE doesn't offer a parking spot, but in a walking distance of 5 minutes there is a free of charge municipal parking area (Plateia Talos) where our guests can park their car.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.
