Loved this place! Nice decor & furnishings in a very cool neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 4 & 2 dogs. Ryan was an awesome host! ❤️

Marissa’s place was wonderful for staying in and had a good work space. It had easy parking. The kitchen was stocked with tools and very basic spices and a little oil. The couch was comfortable and a nice big dining room table. The house was pretty light filled and the swing out back was nice.

Great stay! Just as described. We stayed with our kiddos for the night and it was perfect for us.

Had a great stay at the pink house. Felt right at home and was a great home base for our activities in the area. thankful we could bring our dog and let her hang out with Julia's great pups!

Cassandra’s place is cute, quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops of Fruita. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place! The bed is comfy which was such a treat after a fun filled day of mountain biking and hiking and yoga!

We always love to stay in Fruita when visiting family. Cameron’s home was perfect. It was peaceful, clean and had every amenity you would need. Our dogs also loved the big, fenced in yard to get out their energy after a long road trip. We also ended up getting into town a little earlier than we planned and Cameron was very accommodating in letting us check in a bit early. Highly recommend this home for your stay if you’re in Fruita.

My bestie and my dog and I stayed here for 3 nights, so that we could explore local wineries and other attractions. We immediately felt at home and appreciated all the small details that were put into that lovely air B&B. The kitchen was so cute and came with dog bones for our furry friend. We both said we could imagine living there! It was also very walkable to the quaint downtown scene where there was plenty to see and do! The GJ townsfolk were friendly and inviting as well. We’d definitely stay here again! Two enthusiastic thumbs and paws up!

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Jessica was a wonderful host. The place was perfect, exactly as described. Without getting into any details she helped save my weekend and I am truly grateful to her for that. Extremely responsive and this will be one of my go to places to look for the next time I'm in Grand Junction.

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm. My boys loved the farm animals and Cindy’s sweet dog. Cindy and her husband were so kind and their place is beautiful.

Our stay was great! It's a clean place and had everything we needed. The backyard was awesome, although we didn't get to enjoy it because our schedule was packed. Andre is a great host!

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivos in grand Junction, beautiful surroundings and the farm animals were a nice bonus. Enjoyed visiting with the owners as they were busy baling and stacking hay for their animals, very friendly people. Definitely recommend staying here, very nice area.

I needed a place to stay in GJ while I attended a seminar for K9 handlers at CMU's Forensic Research Station and dreaded staying at the local Motel 6 (stayed there last time in GJ, horrible); for not much more than a chain motel Glen's place is a spectacular bargain, and supremely dog friendly (huge dog run with a gorgeous view), comfortable etc. While Glen was out of town during my stay, the super-friendly next door neighbor was willing to help me with anything I needed. Will def stay here again!

I love this place. Well appointed and comfortable. So quiet and peaceful. If you like birds and stars, this is the spot for you.

We visited Palisade at the start of a national parks adventure in May 2025. We wanted a pet-friendly Airbnb, as our dog Buckley (German Shepherd/Husky) was joining us. We loved this location. The house was beautiful, clean, open-concept, and had great amenities. We would love to return in the future!

We’ve stayed here several times. The animals are great. Walter the caretaker is the best. Moo Moo the Emu and Banksy the Pig are the highlights along with Rocky Abbey and Coco the dogs. Patrick on the boat is friendly. We’ll be back again!!

We had the best weekend staying in Jo Dee's bunkhouse. The property is so dreamy and peaceful, as well as convenient to both town and bike trails. The space and amenities were perfect for our group, and Jo Dee was such a fantastic host! Warm, responsive, helpful, and fun. We will absolutely be back! Thank you again for making our weekend getaway so great!
