Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lovely cottage (bath & fishing)

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
