This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Romme Alpin can be reached in 20 minutes by car. To the wooden town of Säter, it is 7 km and to Borlänge about 20 km. The apartment has an open floor plan with sleeping alcove. Kitchen area with bar table. The price includes towels, firewood and final cleaning. If you stay 3 days or more, bed linens are also included. The house has all possible amenities: Large terrace in both south-facing and towards the evening sun. Open fireplace, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 toilets, shower, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, etc. All three floors (first and second floor and basement) are furnished for living, which means that several people/families can live comfortably. The house is surrounded by a large lawn as well as a playhouse and barn.

In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Here you live in an idyllic environment with beautiful walking paths and bike trails. Extra beds are available for an extra charge. There is a double bed, fireplace and large social area. On the property, in addition to the manor house, there is also a permanent residence. Swimming area is in the mining area a few hundred meters from the yard. Pet-free and smoke-free.

Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.

Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
