Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Little green paradise

Close to iconic Coogee Beach (a 15-minute walk) but even closer to the hip bars, cafes and cinema of 'The Spot' in Randwick. This one-bedroom apartment is comfy and quiet with a leafy outlook. It has lots of natural light, high ceilings, large windows and a galley-style kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom is clean but in original condition. There is a desk but no dining table. It's downhill from the street so there quite a lot of steps. This is my home so expect my personal touches.

Our self contained unit is located at the front of our family home. Separated from the main house with a locked door, it is private, newly renovated and designed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to UNSW, Randwick hospitals and well connected to the CBD by public transport. We hope you enjoy this peaceful oasis in the heart of Coogee. Please note the unit is suited to a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (the sofa bed is not suitable for a third adult).

It's a Private 1 bedroom garden apartment in excellent condition. Our place is close to Coogee Beach, Randwick Village, University of NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital, Chat Thai, Café X74, City Bus Stops,. It's great for couples and solo business or adventurer guests. An easy level about 15 min walk to Beach. Great Restaurants and Cafés are close by.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.Spacious studio easily accommodates 2 adults with a king bed. I can also configure beds to 2 single beds. Had an extremely satisfactory stay! The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the private bathroom was spotless. Dan was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Local to cafes, Bronte Beach and Queens Park. Warm and cosy with extra blankets for warmth. Beautiful flowers on display for our arrival! My favourite touch! The only thing that disappointed us was that we happened to be staying during a time of lots of construction happening on the main road around the corner, so it wasn’t the peaceful stay we were expecting. Lots of trucks passing by. Other than that, we were very content and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Coogee! The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, just an 8-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive with excellent communication throughout. Everything about this place made for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The place was very well appointed—clean, spacious, and tidy. All essentials were thoughtfully provided, and communication was easy throughout. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and hassle-free. We were driving a medium-sized car and, as the host had helpfully noted in advance, found the on-site parking space a bit tight. We chose to park off street instead, which worked well for us and didn’t significantly detract from our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would strongly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Cleanliness 10/10 Shower 10/10 like standing under a waterfall Convenient locations to everything: city, beach, shops Westfield, cafes, hospitals: 10/10 Comfort 10/10: I was provided with a heater that made the room toasty and had plenty of blankets. I slept like a baby. My stay was a perfect balance. I was able to concentrate on historical research I needed to do and get to know Denise and understand what Yoga is really about and how that fits the next stage of my approach to life. So a life lesson I’m grateful for. By the end of my stay there were plenty of real laughs - Denise is worldly and a lady of wisdom. I’m grateful I had the pleasure of staying in a very safe and well secured home. If you’re a creative you will be amazed each morning when you wake to Denise’s hand painted ceiling. I highly recommend: the light rail is not far, public transport and Go Get cars are almost at your door step so easy to explore other beautiful suburbs like Double Bay, Bondi, Brontë etc.
