This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Välkommen att bo i denna nyrenoverade skärgårdsstuga i vackra Roslagen. Boendet ligger med några minuters promenad till badplats, Roslagsleden, naturreservat och fina löparspår. Precis utanför tomten finns en populär lekplats. Sovrummet har två sovplatser och bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet ytterligare två. Ni når Norrtälje centrum på 3 minuter med bil eller 15 minuter till fots. Nära till Kapellskär och utflykter till Åland. Huset kan tyvärr inte bokas för fester.
