Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Quincy

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and very scenic. Michelle was friendly and very responsive. The home was beautiful.

Took my father and a couple of friends up to fish the river for the weekend. We came across Tims place and it couldn't have worked out any better. Private cabin setting with water access. Tim was very accomodating and responsive. I would highly reccomend, just don't have it booked next time we want to visit again!

Our extended family enjoyed our weekend stay at the guesthouse. Beautiful accommodations, quiet - secluded setting, well furnished, with spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Although the house was not huge, our family of 12 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the walking trails through the property and fires in the evenings as we star gazed. We have gathered for Memorial Day weekends the last 25 years, and this would rank up with one of our favorite experiences.

A great experience overall. Very clean and well furnished spaces. A nice book with instructions and places to visit. We enjoyed our coffee and meals in the outdoor space.

Carol’s place was a great location for a family event in Wonewoc. Thank you for the extras for us to enjoy breakfast in the morning. While in Union Center we enjoyed a round a golf at the Rockin’ 9 and drinks at Holy Cow.

We had a peaceful and quiet weekend at Tina’s lovely lake house, and exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we needed. The space was perfect for our group of four, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. The property is beautifully tucked away in nature, so do not forget your bug spray, the bugs were definitely out in full force, and pollen was everywhere during our stay. That said, the setting by the lake was serene and absolutely worth it. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, which were a pleasant surprise, and the bonfire nights under the stars were unforgettable. A couple of things to note: we didn’t realize how many stairs there would be, but it wasn’t a major issue. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the AC units and the Sonos speakers, but Tina was super attentive and quick to respond, which we appreciated. The shower heads could use an update, and the hot water didn’t last too long, but nothing that really detracted from our overall stay.

It was a great place to stay. Very remote. Right off the water so it was nice for fishing. Plenty of space for a bigger group.

This house is completely renovated and is set on Lake Mason (just 15-20 minutes from the Dells). The quality of the renovations (including a new pier on the lake) coupled with the cleanliness of the property, make it a gem of a find. The owner, Mike, is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, furnished so nicely. Calming decor, quality everything! This place is hospital clean! Andrea thought of every need. I especially loved the covered porch. Great location.

Nice, quiet, spacious room. Walkable to pool and restaurant. Decent prices and many food choices on menu. We all enjoyed our dinner. Pool area was clean and the kids had fun in there. Easy and clear check in and check out instructions. Would recommend as it was much more cost effective than staying at one of the waterpark hotels if looking for a nice place to stay short term.

We loved our stay at Tricia’s whimsical, boho home. The artistic, multi-level layout was perfect for celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday weekend. The space had plenty of room, creative decor, and nostalgic touches like the Wii, which my kids loved. My daughter was able to relax with Bluey upstairs while I prepped meals and unwound after our days exploring nearby Madison. We visited the Madison botanical gardens, children’s museum, and Capitol, and enjoyed two local diners with great food and reasonable prices. A couple of great surprises made the trip even more special: Fireman’s Park across the street had an outdoor movie night (Moana 2), food trucks, a splash pad, and an updated playground. Tricia also surprised my daughter with birthday cupcakes and a gift card to Woolly’s Snack Shop, where we got ice cream on our way home. Lots of sleeping options, games, and puzzles made the home even better. Tricia was super communicative and we’d definitely stay again.

The Chateau (Robin's place) was just perfect for the three of us. It's peaceful rural location was beautiful and especially accessible for our hiking segments and connecting routes of the Ice Age Trail. It's also close enough to Baraboo, Sauk City, Merrimack, Prairie du Sac and even Madison...so you can explore small towns, villages and city life if you want or just soak in the beauty of the rolling hills in the driftless region. Our accomodations were just what we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were spotless. We were able to communicate with Robin easily. We also had an extra vehicle that she allowed us to park. We stayed there 3 times! Highly recommend it!

I travel to the Madison area for work often and have stayed at Kathryn’s place a few times. The rental is the full second floor of a home in DeForest, a quiet little village not far outside Madison. It’s a clean, well-equipped, comfortable unit, with a private entrance, that makes a great base for exploring DeForest and the broader Madison area. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed here last year also. It is a very quaint and private place. Everything is wonderful. And very accessible to area restaurants and shopping. Hosts are personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Will book again. Cynthia

There were four of us and we were all so happy with our stay! We never even turned on the TV (though it was nice size) …we spent evenings on the patio relishing the nature and all the birdsong... made lots of great memories talking about our days and resting our weary bones from all the walking! Super comfortable and welcoming … lots of personal touches and had everything we needed to cook and eat in comfortably. we had two folks in each unit, but could easily have had 4–5 in each. Place is close to Spring Green for attractions Taliesin and HOTR) and got to enjoy the scenic short ride there. we felt right at home..,great amenities, large bathroom, bed was amazingly comfortable. Everything was super clean and we can’t say enough about how kind and responsive the hosts are. Thank you, Bill and Darcy for letting us enjoy this slice of heaven! We will definitely be back!

Everything about the house was above my expectations. Besides its beautiful decorations and design, the home was very clean and inviting. There were many conveniences such as extra towels and bedding, a large variety of cleaning supplies, a washer and dryer, several kitchen items, places to relax both inside and out, and air conditioners that were in different rooms so we could cool each space to our personal preference. I enjoyed the house so much, I honestly didn't want to go. It felt like a home for my family and I.

We had a group of 11 people staying at the cabin together for our annual friends trip. It was fantastic! Beautiful cabin and I almost feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. It felt bigger than the photos made it look. There was so many provided amenities and activities in the garage. Host provided easy to follow instructions. I agree that bringing your own drinking water and bug stray is IMPORTANT. Everyone had a blast!

My two best friends and I stayed at the fabulous Refugio Graziella for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it. was. perfect. Most of the weekend was spent lounging and chatting in all the many wonderful spaces the home offers: sipping coffee on the peaceful screened-in porch, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the serene fire pit under the string lights with ample firewood and supplies, doing crafts and playing games at the inviting dining room table, cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and listening to music in the cozy living room. We did not end up using the sauna (just didn’t have time), but are already planning a winter getaway to RG. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet getaway, surrounded by nature but still a short drive away from anything you need or want. Clearly, so much thought was put into anticipating the needs of their guests, and that makes Refugio Graziella a place you immediately feel comfortable. 🥰

We had a great stay. It was private and we felt at home. Very nice place with a great view. Overall, great experience.

great little cabin, quiet area for the most part but its close to a main road. the place was lovely, I spent most of my stay hanging in the screened in porch. Peaceful spot, saw deer and rabbits just hanging close by. Very cute!

The cabin was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was really nice to see the bison walking around near the cabin and we were also able to have a really fun campfire outside in the fire pit. Also there was a gas grill where we could do barbecue. We had a really nice time and it was really clean and comfortable and cozy.

The Airbnb was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, out of 14 people I think only 3 didn’t get a bedroom and slept on a futon. Would definitely book this place again.

This place was great! Perfect for our family. Even in the winter the kids played on the beach and with the horseshoes and ran all over. It was a spot we for sure want to enjoy in the summer too! Very clean. Everything was as it was explained. Host was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!
