We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes you! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!

Oulu is about 90 km away, Kuusamo 130 km, Rovaniemi 150 km and Feed about 50 km. Oulu Airport is about 100 km away.
