Waterfront vacation rentals in Provincetown

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

In my years staying at Airbnb, this has to be in my top 3. The location could not be beat - stunning views, access to the beach, a short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and all the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street, but set juuuust far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings and private. The unit was clean and simply appointed with all necessities, the bed was cozy, and space was bigger than it looks in the photos. We especially appreciated the fully-fenced deck, which meant our dog could also enjoy the salt air. Extra points for the very artsy/funky entryway - arriving felt like climbing up to a loft from a storybook. Alain was responsive, flexible (our ferry was cancelled so he helped out with some last-minute timing changes), and a great host. 100/10.

This is a beautiful hose in a perfect location - walkable to downtown, the Wellfleet town pier and Mayo Beach. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which had a great modern kitchen and a good size living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable and having linens was a bonus. We have a family home in Wellfleet and had guests in from Europe which prompted the need for our stay. Honestly after all the years that we have been here, I never knew this place existed. It blends right in with other beautiful houses that surround it. And had I knew it was there, I would have recommended it to any of the friends and family traveling through the area. Highly recommended!!!

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

Location location location! A dream!! And dog friendly just adds to this gem! One of the best airb&b we have ever stayed in! Will be back as soon as we can!

Nothing but good things to say. Michael and the other folks I talked to are awesome and were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is great. As a bonus, the house has an interesting history that's worth reading about in binder on the table.

I stayed here for 3 nights, 3 people and the space was great. I loved how easy it was to come and go all day from shops and activities. I really liked the water view. The kitchen was nicely updated with an induction range, which I like so much better then standard electric. We walked over to Angel Foods for our basic needs and used the $40/night parking a block away for the last night once we had our rental car. It was much easier to not have a car at this location but local parking options were provided by the host and we made it work. We arrived by ferry and it was about a 10-15 minute walk with our luggage from the pier. We found the living area very comfortable and loved the gas fireplace on chilly nights. The vent-less clothes drier is an interesting idea but didn't really get our clothes dry so plan on only a small load or light fabrics for that. Overall we really liked the apartment and were very comfortable.

We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful little cottage! It was honestly so cute and perfect for our mini honeymoon! We were able to bring our dog which was great and I just can’t get over how nice it was! It was within like 10 minutes of driving to get to the main street of town to be able to walk around and shop but also gave us privacy and a nice calming backyard on the pond! Melissa was extremely responsive and gave us so many recommendations on local restaurants and other activities as well! I would definitely come back and I can’t wait until we do!

It was such an interesting experience to stay in this antique home! I’ve never stayed in a place so old before, and it has a lot of character. Stephenie communicated very proactively before and during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location of the home on the pond was very peaceful. My husband and daughter had fun boating around on the boat that’s available to guests. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the house was very clean.

We were looking for a laid back cottage, and this place fit the bill. After a stumble out of the blocks due to the contracted cleaning service having not cleaned the cottage, Pamela did everything in her power to correct the situation and made it right. The cleaning service did show up about 24 hrs late, and Pam reimbursed us some of our payment as compensation. She also was exceptionally apologetic, and truly worked hard to make our vacation enjoyable. The cottage is just what my wife, 2&1/2 yo daughter & I needed; quiet and relaxed with a very efficient layout. The kitchen really is a marvel at how a small space can be maximized when designed well. An easy walk through the sand and over a dune will take you to the beach. Pam’s place really is a cool spot, and she proved to be a very kind and accommodating host.

We enjoyed our stay—it was a quick 5-minute car ride to Main Street. We also enjoyed watching wildlife in the river! I wish we had brought our binoculars!

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

The house is very comfortable and updated tastefully. The location is perfect for beach access and just a short jump to Plymouth. A grocery store is only a couple minutes away by car. Diane and Jayce were fantastic hosts and put a lot of time and effort into making our stay perfect!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Great cottage in a private community with private beach. Can't recommend enough for a relaxing Cape weekend!

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. For a small place, the place was very well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The place was super clean and there were many amenities that we didn’t even think of that were provided like an umbrella and an iron. We also were gifted a gift card by the hosts when we arrived which encouraged us to get out and wander. The shared spaces were very peaceful and we never even ran into anyone else so it felt like our own private porch on the water. The hosts were also kind enough to be flexible with check-in/check-out. Overall, lovely location :) the parking was the only issue as it seems to be everywhere in p-town but since the place is so walkable we parked our car on day one and never had to move/use it. Thanks again for a lovely trip!

This location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with my wife and pup. From a quiet, peaceful, space to being surrounded by all the restaurants and shops, it was just what we wanted. The views are gorgeous, and almost every window has a view of the water. The space was set far enough off the street that it felt extremely private and quiet with a view of the beach. Hosts were proactive with reaching out to ensure we had the info we needed to get parked, and into the location without any issues. Space was immaculate and arranged so nicely from placement to furniture to art. Would stay here again 10/10

We and our friends had a wonderful time at this waterfront gem! Asma and Makaila were outstanding, communicative hosts and answered all our questions promptly. We will definitely return in the future.

This was our second time staying at this condo. We love it! So clean and comfortable, amazing views and outdoor space. The location is perfect. Right on commercial street but set back. Highly recommend staying here

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

The condo was just as described. It is not a large space but the arrangement of furniture is thoughtful. There was plenty of room for the two of us for three nights. The location is excellent. It is right on the beach in the middle of town. There is also a dedicated parking place which is essential. Lastly, Dennis was really responsive to our questions and needs. I have no problem recommending Dennis’ condo.

This was our third stay at Jack’s place. It is consistently perfect; beautifully maintained, well-equipped, great location. The perfect spot for a getaway. Can’t wait to return.

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!
