Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

This second level one bedroom opens onto a large deck with expansive views of Cape Cod Bay. A few steps away are the lovely gardens, and private beach area. **Please note there is work being done on the building at 501 Commercial st. Weekdays 7-3. It is out of our control and we apologize in advance for the disruption.

Bear week and carnival week is a surcharge of $50 more per night. When you bring a pet there is a separate cleaning fee of $40 non refundable

TV with Firestick internet, fridge, AC, microwave and drip coffee pot. Nice sunny patio seating area right outside your door and a parking spot if needed. We are pet friendly with pet fee. Just let us know who coming to stay! It’s not a huge space, but who comes to Ptown to spend all day in their room anyway! 😀🌈🐕

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am.
