Vacation rentals with a patio in Provincetown

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

My wife and I first time visiting cape cod, came across this listing on Airbnb and for the location and price it was definitely worth it. You’re located around everything, parking was easy and everything about the stay was amazing. Whenever we decide to come back we will be booking again.

What a peaceful and beautiful location! After 4 days of staying in downtown Boston, Tracy's place was just what we needed to decompress. Wellfleet is situated where it was easy to enjoy parts of the Cape Cod National Seashore as well as Provincetown all in one day. Plus due to our 16-day New England trip, we needed to do laundry. Thankfully Tracy's place had a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent! Tracy recommended the Flying Fish for coffee and pastries. She also suggested PJ's for scrumptious clam chowder. Both places were "wins"! We highly recommend a stay at Tracy's!

Location location location! A dream!! And dog friendly just adds to this gem! One of the best airb&b we have ever stayed in! Will be back as soon as we can!

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

Our stay at Rhian’s place was so peaceful, nestled in a secluded but opportune location. He was very accommodating, very responsive. No notes! This place is recommended if you are looking for a place that is right next to all the best places but just slightly off the beaten path enough to not be overcrowded.

The family was really nice, and helpful! The place was amazing, clean, very well decorated, with extra amenities, making the stay so much more inviting! Flexible check in and check out schedule, and great location! Will definitely be booking again, in the near future :)

This is an exemplary AirBnB. Just about perfect for a lovely, peaceful vacation. The whole property is private, beautiful, aesthetic, clean and very well equipped, indoors and outdoors. The host couple, responsive and kind, with excellent communication, were welcoming even though we were a few hours later than expected because of holiday traffic. The whole property is in a fantastically beautiful and peaceful location with the apartment over the unattached garage (one flight up), and even has an outdoor shower (besides the indoor separate shower and tub). It's about ¼ mile walk to the beach by several easy trails. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby in Wellfleet and Provincetown. There are several quality professional level theaters in the area, as well as movie and even a "drive-in". And of course lots of NATURE. We didn't even turn on the TV.

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

Joe's home was perfect for a relaxing week off work between Christmas and New Year's Day. Everything about the home was top notch and our hosts were super responsive and accomodating. We would love to stay here again on a future trip to P-town!

We loved spending spooky bear at the serene cottage!

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

Two colleagues and I spent two days at Bryan’s place when we were in town for a conference. It was perfect for our needs; we could walk to the conference and dinner site, and return to peace and quietat the house. Originally, we were going to be a party of four, and the house would have worked equally well for all of us with 4 spacious bedrooms, a big kitchen, comfortable living room , and 2 luxurious bathrooms. Our hosts had all the kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom amenities we needed. I highly recommend this house and the hosts.

Jacks place was perfect for a girls weekend! He was super responsive and available for any questions. The place is close to many things to do with the ability to have that off the grid cape cod experience. I would recommend to anyone and book again in the future!

Great location, easy to access, has everything you need, and very clean. Danny was communicative and response. Perfect spot for the weekend.

We and our friends had a wonderful time at this waterfront gem! Asma and Makaila were outstanding, communicative hosts and answered all our questions promptly. We will definitely return in the future.

This is a great little find just off Commercial Street. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two people. The place was spotless. The bed had a great mattress. We were in and out a lot and the location was excellent. Also, great pressure with the shower...

The place was well located a brief 5 min walk to commercial street. This place was clean, spacious, and frankly had more amenities than we anticipated. Also, a stylish apartment that felt cool to stay in. Would stay here again and might just do that next year!

My group had an amazing stay at Martin and Flávio’s beautiful home! They left us a welcome package and note, making us feel right at home. Throughout the weekend, and leading up to our stay, they were very responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was stunning – clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Tom's place was a wonderful to stay for myself and a few friends for the weekend. We loved the space. The outdoor patio was the best. The location was PERFECT. The area was quiet and the neighbors were wonderful. Tom was extremely responsively, friendly, and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

The condo was just as described. It is not a large space but the arrangement of furniture is thoughtful. There was plenty of room for the two of us for three nights. The location is excellent. It is right on the beach in the middle of town. There is also a dedicated parking place which is essential. Lastly, Dennis was really responsive to our questions and needs. I have no problem recommending Dennis’ condo.

Stephen’s place was a gem. And fun, quirky decor that just took it up another level. It was the perfect place for a long weekend! Stephen was great to work with and very communicative.
