Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Latina

Our stay went wonderfully, the hosts were very attentive, the apartment was clean and communication was simple and fast. They answered all of our questions and helped us with our requests. I highly recommend this listing, which is also extremely well located.

Annalisa was a fantastic and kind host. Pre trip because I had to work some days whilst staying at the apartment Annalisa helped confirm WIFI speeds. The WIFI was actually faster than expected on arrival and I had no problem working for many hours remotely. Upon arrival I was greeted by her and was allowed to check in a little earlier. The apartment is exactly as shown, is easy to reach with ample parking. The apartment is fresh, clean ideal to use as a base to experience Scauri, Minturno and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of options for food and many shops near by for groceries and a pharmacy. If I had any questions Annalisa was immediately available on chat to answer. The host lives above the apartment and also lists a slightly larger apartment on the floor next to this one. This is an excellent spot for the center of town with a great Lido five minutes walk from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i visit the town. Thank you for hosting so well

The apartment is exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy are the two balconies, where you can relax wonderfully. The location is ideal: Everything is within walking distance – supermarkets, restaurants, bars and several beautiful beaches, which you can reach in about 10 to 15 minutes. The harbor, with its many good restaurants and bars, is also a short walk away. The air conditioning was really worth its weight in gold in the summer temperatures. If you arrive by car, you will find free parking right in front of the apartment – super convenient. Anzio train station is also minutes away. From there, you can reach Rome airport or the middle of the city in about two hours – perfect for a day trip. A personal insider tip: the small pastry shop diagonally opposite the apartment – definitely try it! We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment.

We enjoyed staying at the place very much! A well-kept apartment with great views and a beautiful balcony where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The path to the beach is also very short, so you can easily cope with a toddler. We will be happy to come back.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10

We had a great time at Giulio's apartment. There was plenty of space for 2 people. We really liked the location and we walked both on the beach and to the old town every day. The beach was 2 minutes away, past a crowing rooster and hens, lemon and orange trees. We relaxed, heard the waves, and read book. Perfect relaxing holiday. Thank you for us 🍋

We are very satisfied with our experience and treatment with Simone and his father in Ponza. The apartment is nice, clean and has a superb patio with lots of space, furniture, fruit trees and shade. Simone communicated well and was flexible in terms of check-in and responded lightning fast when we had questions or sought recommendations for restaurants, beaches, grocery store and more. We can highly recommend this home. Very nice area and you can't find a friendlier host.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing vacation days is available. The driveway is exactly as Carlo describes it: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Great host, very helpful, and perfect apartment for its location

Very friendly and helpful host. The place is exactly as advertised and located in a quiet place. The beaches are very easily reachable by foot.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. Flavia's apartment is in a very convenient area of Gaeta to get around on foot: 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the promenade and about 15 minutes to the medieval area (S. Erasmo) and has a very useful parking space. Flavia was very kind and always made herself available, she welcomed us by explaining everything in detail. Her apartment is small but great for 3 people: it consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a large corridor with a foldaway bed. Very clean and with everything you need: sheets, blankets, towels, soaps and shampoos, coffee pots and pans, sugar, salt, oil. There is also a small bookcase with some books and air conditioning in the bedroom. The only flaw: a little too hot in the kitchen, since the fresh air from the air conditioner could not reach us, and despite the ceiling fan. Either way, we had a great time.

Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. I highly recommend this location -- the hosts were communicative and kind. Thank you! Natasha

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
