I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. P.S.: Tony's farm's tomatoes, cucumbers, and renowned celery were a resounding success. Goodbye, Antonello & Gino.

Damiano was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and very helpful and made me feel at home. The apartment is very nice and the windows in the living room and kitchen have beautiful views. This was very beautiful and peaceful and the people are very kind.

We enjoyed staying at the place very much! A well-kept apartment with great views and a beautiful balcony where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The path to the beach is also very short, so you can easily cope with a toddler. We will be happy to come back.

Great stay at Maria's, the studio has a beautiful terrace, and the name "the sunset" took on all its meaning when we could admire the sun setting over the sea

The hosts are super nice and accommodating, they transported us from the station to the accommodation and also from the accommodation to the airport. They were very nice even with the language barrier.

It was a great pleasure to meet the host, Marianna, a kind person who puts so much love and passion into this little house in the alleys of Gaeta. Clean and cozy house Marianna always present and available for any need. We stayed with a 10-month-old baby and she was so kind as to provide us with a cot and high chair. The parking pass is very useful. We will soon return to visit Marianna and her beautiful cottage.

This was a great stay and very close to the beach. There is a store right across from the apartment and Max coordinated us a parking spot nearby thatvwr did pay for. He welco.ed us and explained everything about the apartment upon arrival, would recommend this place.

Michela was very kind, always ready to respond to every request. the house is super clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything and comfortable a little complicated to enter the house, and the recycling is missing, but otherwise everything is perfect a little far from the nma port not difficult

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Great cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the heart of the old town with squares and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Vibrant Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you can just close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw in a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not correct - fire alarms are fitted. Summary from us - perfect!

We stayed in this apartment for one night and had a very good time. The apartment perfectly matches what is shown in the photos. The kitchen is well-stocked, with all the necessary accessories and appliances, all clean and carefully arranged. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and sanitized, with a hairdryer available. The room was tidy, with clean sheets and towels, decorated with an elegant bow. The location is great: it is at the beginning of the Via Appia and you can easily reach the beach on foot. Special thanks to Lorella and Aldo for their kindness and helpfulness: they answered all our questions and clearly explained how to get to the beach. We recommend it!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Beautiful area at a great value, parking is a little tight but can accommodate a medium sized car. Easily drivable distance from beaches, Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo small town downtown areas, tons of nature, and many local restaurants. Excellent location to give you a drivable hub to all of the beauty Sabaudia offers!!

The apartment is spacious, elegant, and perfectly equipped, ideal for a comfortable and carefree stay. Located in a luxurious building, it offers an atmosphere of class and absolute tranquility. A special thanks goes to Leonardo, who welcomed us with great cordiality and was always attentive and helpful in meeting our every need with kindness and discretion. An impeccable stay, which I recommend without hesitation!

We had the best possible stay. Marco was responsive a week before our arrival with recommendations which were so helpful. The place was spotless and we had an easy early check in. It is very accessible to bars and restaurants in the area which we loved. Breakfast was also provided with great communication from Marco. Overall a fantastic experience and I’ll be recommending to my family and friends.

We had a great time, Christian was very helpful in explaining our requests, and when we left we forgot an item on the bedside table and he was very kind to send it back to me. I recommend everyone, if you are passing through or on vacation in Latina, to go to Christian.

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10
