Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Latina

Annalisa was a fantastic and kind host. Pre trip because I had to work some days whilst staying at the apartment Annalisa helped confirm WIFI speeds. The WIFI was actually faster than expected on arrival and I had no problem working for many hours remotely. Upon arrival I was greeted by her and was allowed to check in a little earlier. The apartment is exactly as shown, is easy to reach with ample parking. The apartment is fresh, clean ideal to use as a base to experience Scauri, Minturno and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of options for food and many shops near by for groceries and a pharmacy. If I had any questions Annalisa was immediately available on chat to answer. The host lives above the apartment and also lists a slightly larger apartment on the floor next to this one. This is an excellent spot for the center of town with a great Lido five minutes walk from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i visit the town. Thank you for hosting so well

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei Balkone, auf denen man wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar – Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und gleich mehrere schöne Strände, die man in etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten erreicht. Auch der Hafen mit seinen vielen guten Restaurants und Bars ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Klimaanlage war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen wirklich Gold wert. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet direkt vor der Wohnung kostenfreie Parkplätze – super praktisch. Auch der Bahnhof von Anzio ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Von dort aus ist man in etwa zwei Stunden am Flughafen Rom oder mitten in der Stadt – perfekt für einen Tagesausflug. Ein persönlicher Geheimtipp: die kleine Konditorei schräg gegenüber der Wohnung – unbedingt probieren! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (5-15 Minuten). Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Alles super.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Vi hadde det kjempefint i Giulios leilighet. Det var god plass for to personer. Vi likte veldig godt beliggenheten, og vi gikk tur både på stranden og til gamlebyen hver dag. Stranden var to minutter unna, forbi en galende hane og høner, sitron og appelsintrær. Vi slappet av, hørte på bølgene og leste bok. Perfekt avslappende ferie. Takk for oss 🍋

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår upplevelse och bemötande hos Simone och hans pappa i Ponza. Lägenheten är fin, ren och har en suverän uteplats med massor med plats, möbler, fruktträd och skugga. Simone kommunicerade väl och tydligt och var flexibel vad gäller incheckning samt svarade blixtsnabbt när vi hade frågor eller sökte rekommendationer för restauranger, stränder, livsmedelsbutik med mera. Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta boende. Mycket trevligt område och man kan inte finna en vänligare värd.

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

L'appartamento di Flavia si trova in una zona comodissima di Gaeta per spostarsi a piedi: 5 minuti per la spiaggia, 10 minuti per il lungomare e circa 15 minuti per la zona medioevale (S. Erasmo) e dispone di un utilissimo posto auto. Flavia è stata gentilissima e si è resa sempre disponibile, ci ha accolti spiegandoci tutto nel dettaglio. Il suo appartamento è piccolino ma ottimo per 3 persone: si compone di una camera da letto, bagno, cucina e corridoio ampio con letto a scomparsa. Pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario: lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, saponi e shampoo, padelle e pentole caffè, zucchero, sale, olio. C'è anche una piccola libreria con qualche libro e aria condizionata nella camera da letto. Unica pecca: un po' troppo caldo in cucina, poiché l'aria fresca del condizionatore non riusciva ad arrivarci, e nonostante il ventilatore a soffitto. In ogni caso ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. I highly recommend this location -- the hosts were communicative and kind. Thank you! Natasha

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
