Vacation rentals with beach access in Lazio

We stayed 4 days, the house has been recently renovated so it is very clean, the view from the terrace is exceptional enough to stay even hours to admire the bay, new bathroom and also the kitchen equipped even if we were on the beach and we used it little. I highly recommend booking this house.

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

It was the perfect place for an overnight stay when we had to leave the next day to fly home. Caterinas place was very clean and cute. Easy walk to restaurants. She was a very good, friendly host!!

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

Our stay at Claudio’s was wonderful. Our family of 5 had a flight on Sunday and needed somewhere to stay the night before. He was responsive and even let us check in early. The place was clean and beautiful, so much so that my daughter did not want to leave to visit Rome ☺️. We took the bus to terminal 3 then a train to Rome for the day. We ate at a restaurant in Fiumicino and had a lovely last day/night. Claudio was gracious and took us to the airport early the next day.

We had a great time in this apartment. the view was amazing and we loved sitting on the terrace to watch the sunset. the apartment is super close to two supermarkets and some restaurants. the bus stop is also 100m from the apartment and it takes you straight to the Port. Cala Gaetano Is very close (steep descent) but beautiful. the check in was really flexible and easy and we were met from the bus stop. the only problem that we encountered was that the WiFi was a little weak (we had 4G so it wasn't a huge issue). the apartment was very clean. we will definitely stay here again when we return to Ponza! 😃

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Great place to stay, Everything was as described and the view from the terrace to the sea was priceless. The location is great, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the bus are within walking distance. Mena is a great hostess and we will be happy to come back.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Davide was very friendly and helpful at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Staying here was great. Everything was right, Francesca responded quickly if there was anything and everything in the stay was complete. This was a 10/10 for us and we will definitely be back. I recommend staying here to everyone!

Stefano is a very responsive host and provides a cozy location in beautiful, Ostia. Would recommend.

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
