Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Highlight: Beautiful, large terrace with stunning sea views. Everything was super. We could stay there much longer!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Perfect accommodation, nothing is missing, clean at the foot of the castle, in the village of Arrone, on foot you can reach bars, pizzerias, ice cream shops, car parking, the villagers are welcoming, very kind, nearby Spoleto, Narni, Spello, Viterbo, Norcia, Amatrice, Lake Pediluco... We spent a wonderful week together with our Golden retriever who had the fenced garden available. We'll definitely be back!

Such a unique place to stay! The host was very sweet with great recommendations. We had a little trouble with the stove but she was super responsive and helped walk us through any minor issues we had. I wish we would of had more time to explore.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top hosts for availability and kindness... we will be back as soon as possible.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. The villa looks as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue and appreciated the equipment. We will be happy to come back soon

An ideal location- close enough to all the attractions via any form of transportation yet far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle - lovely neighborhood with daily markets, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Allesio’s attention to detail in his apartment is meticulous. We loved it.

We loved staying in the Monti neighborhood! There is a delicious vegan dessert place across the street (lactose intolerant friendly everything!) and the restaurants closeby are fantastic. Very safe and lots of fun. Clean, beautiful space with anything you could need. Our host went above and beyond (snacks, cold water and pepsi zero in the fridge, coffee- everything!) to make sure we had a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place :) we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. We were overwhelmed by the place. I have never stayed in a comparable apartment. The hot tub was heavenly and the village absolutely charming. All in all, an absolute recommendation that is worth every penny.

Just an amazing location , close to so many restaurants,patios, train station, 10 minute walk to Coliseum,Trevi fountain, Spanish steps. Luca’s place is just as pictured, very comfortable, felt very safe, we did not want to leave, would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it.
