First time in Follonica but would like to go back in the future. just cannot say how nice the apartment and owner was. Thank you.

Spacious and very neat apartment! We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host (Pietro ) was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Also, impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended! Also, Pietro recommended Castiglione della Pescaia for the night visit and it was perfect!! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it! The apartment is large, modern and stylishly furnished, with plenty of space to feel completely comfortable. Particularly impressive is the spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea – just perfect for relaxing and ending the day. The apartment is functional with the right spaces for 4 people. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is very convenient for the sea and the center. Easy to find parking. I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and check-in with Jessica, cheerful, available to give advice on the area. Highly recommended!

the island of Giglio is a dream, the house from Francesca at the height of the place and enchanting. Located in front of the harbor lighthouses in a strategic position because it is close to restaurants and amenities, but far from the confusion. Francesca is a perfect host, ready to give advice on activities, services and everything that can be useful. Communication was smooth. I recommend your home to everyone. Our stay was incredibly beautiful! Guisi welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything and gave us many helpful tips. She was always available. The route on the last kilometers was a bit adventurous, but quite feasible. The accommodation is secluded from the hustle and bustle, which ensures absolute peace, but also means that shopping facilities are about half an hour away. It didn't bother us, because we were able to plan it well. The views and the beach were absolute highlights! In the morning and evening we had the beach all to ourselves, so our dog could romp in the waves undisturbed. The kitchen is excellently equipped with a microwave, gas stove, sufficient pots and pans and several espresso machines all available. Only one oven is missing. We were there in June and it was already quite warm. For heat-sensitive guests, it should be mentioned that, as stated in the description, there is no air conditioning. It was easy to

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Cinzia’s place. Spotless clean, minutes away from the beach. We were happy to have all the comforts of home and the apartment had all the needed essentials. The location was very convenient in a residential area, 3 minute walk to the beach and within 5 minute drive to supermarkets or the centre. Cinzia was a great host, welcoming and kind and helpful. Hope to return soon, we loved our stay in Castiglione, a great addition to our favourite Italian destinations ❤️❤️❤️

Teresa is a really kind and helpful host, she made us find the house perfectly ready and gave us many directions to make the most of the house and the area. The outdoor space is splendid. The interior of the house is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent for reaching both Porto Santo Stefano and the nearby coves. In a few minutes by car you can reach many other places. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

Host very helpful in everything. Milena's place was comfortable, clean and comfortable. Great location to visit Porto Santo Stefano even on foot leaving the car in the convenient parking available. Recommended

We were greeted by Cinzia and another person who spoke English well for explanations. The space was sparkling clean and tidy. A slightly retro and authentic style but with everything you need. It is located at the end of a small alley behind other listings. It is a 10-minute walk to the first beach and 2 minutes to the small supermarket. Air conditioning is a real plus given the summer temperatures. Cinzia is a welcoming and responsive host.

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea, complete with every comfort. Also equipped with a nice terrace for lunch and dinner outside. The recently renovated property is well-kept and the furniture is of high quality. Dario and Deborah have proven to be exquisite people, always available for any questions or needs. I highly recommend it!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Dani helped us when we needed an accomodation for last minute. She was very responsive and gave us all possible instructions in forefront. Her place is in serene quiet location, at least during the time when we rented it was. We heard birds chirping and saw beautiful trees from her balcony. Everything was clean and it had very homey atmosphere. The flat is also super close to the sea. We are grateful we had opportunity to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay! Marta was a kind, caring and always available host. The house is really cozy and perfect for two people. Equipped with all the comforts, it is a short walk from the sea and the center is also within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.
