Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Grosseto

Mrs. Lina was really kind and helpful. Excellent welcome, a detail that we really appreciated: wine and two glasses for us. Well-kept house equipped with every comfort: dishes, tablecloths, bed linens, even beach towels!!! A terrace that we enjoyed until the last moment... even our cat had a great time!!! Thank you very much, highly recommended

We had a great stay! the apartment was close to everything, well equipped and accurately described. Communication with Christina and Giovanni was easy and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We enjoyed walking down to the water and going to the many available restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic week's stay. Apartment as described and with all comforts. Great location for access to all services (beach and restaurants); car use not necessary thanks to the pedestrian tunnels that allow you to get everywhere. Plus having a parking space included in the stay. Stefano is a guarantee and super helpful. We'll be back

I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Elisabetta is truly a fantastic person, everything was perfect, the apartment is renovated and very well equipped (even too much), very convenient for both the beach and the center, we recommend it.

Alexander's lovely place is bright and cool. Spacious and functional spaces inside and convenient access to an outdoor space overlooking the sea beyond Via Panoramica. Perfect for a family vacation and as a base to explore the wonderful surroundings of the Argentario. We fell in love with Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, just a few minutes away by car (and a nice walk, challenging but fascinating) from the accommodation. Alexander and Ariel were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Beautiful house tastefully furnished the distance from the sea and more than acceptable, Mrs. Federica is always available to solve the small adaptation problems. We stayed in this property, chosen a bit randomly among many, and I must say that never was a better choice. Roberta immediately proved to be helpful, friendly, and with her demeanor, she made us feel immediately at ease. The apartment is really nice, spacious, bright, brand new and fantastically maintained, the sea is really a few steps away with an immense and very well maintained beach, the town offers the essentials but in the surroundings there is a lot to do and see. A mini vacation that will remain in our hearts, as well as Roberta, 🥰 with whom we are sure we will hear from soon to organize a longer vacation. So I recommend everyone to try the location in order to get to know the place... You won't regret it, but above all, Roberta...

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea, complete with every comfort. Also equipped with a nice terrace for lunch and dinner outside. The recently renovated property is well-kept and the furniture is of high quality. Dario and Deborah have proven to be exquisite people, always available for any questions or needs. I highly recommend it!

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

We had a great experience both for the hospitality of Marco and Isabella and for their accommodation which, given the higher position compared to the sea, kept us away from the heat. Fantastic terrace, we had a really good time. Thank you Mariella and Stefano 🤩
