La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

The house looks better than on the pictures. The area is very peaceful :) we stay there for 9 days with 3 families and we fell like at home. We have privacy, because the neighbors aren’t close. Perfect place to spend time together at the evening dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are specious and have air conditioning. The area is more green than on the pictures :)

Marti hat uns sehr herzlich persönlich am Haus empfangen und uns sofort eine Führung durchs Haus und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Das sehr großzügige Haus liegt in einem tollen schattigen Pinienwald, sehr ruhig und nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Einfach nur traumhaft! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schattig mit vielen Hängematten zum Siesta halten. Die 7 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sind fast alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren 13 Personen in Martis Haus und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz besonders hat uns der Outdoorgrill gefallen auf dem wir oft frischen Fisch gegrillt haben. Ein schattiger Unterstand aus Holz am Strand gehört zum Haus dazu, ideal für einen längeren Strandaufenthalt, um die Aussicht aufs Meer im Schatten zu genießen. Nach dem Strand kann man sich in einer Außendusche den Sand abspülen. An alles gedacht! Wir haben nichts vermisst und können Martis und Fifis Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Grundstück liegt direkt am gut begehbaren Strand, ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet einen Stellplatz für das Auto. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingerichtet, der Außenbereich/Garten ist schön gestaltet und bietet ausreichend schattige Plätze. Der Empfang durch Francesco und Alessandra war herzlich, die weitere Kommunikation erfolgte per Handy bzw. Mobile Messenger. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen !

Giannutri è un'esperienza molto particolare, e la casa di Virginia offre il miglior alloggio possibile: rispetta la dimensione unica dell'isola, ma è al tempo stesso molto piacevole e confortevole. Posizione perfetta e comodissima. Virginia host precisissima e molto attenta.

La casa di Virginia è davvero molto accogliente sia gli interni con dettagli caldi e raffinati che nel giardino dal gusto romantico. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e abbiamo avuto a disposizione tutto il necessario per cucinare e passare del tempo in super relax. Non abbiamo incontrato Virginia di persona ma è stata molto chiara nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie lasciandoci anche estrema flessibilità per il checkout. Davvero molto gentile e disponibile.
