Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Arezzo

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

Virginia is AMAZING! We had a long day of travel after a 12 hour flight and Virginia gave us a welcoming greeting and assured we knew how to check in. The stay is close to the train station and in a beautiful area within a short walk of many delicious shopping and great shopping. The stay is very comfortable and relaxing.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting Arezzo at Christmas. The distance from the center is perfect (10 minutes by car), there is a parking space and the price is very honest compared to the offers that are around. The house is clean and cozy and Alberto is a very nice host, he warned us of the possibility of an early check-in (it is done independently and is very easy) and welcomed with great availability the small suggestions we gave him (addition of blankets for the night, we did not know that Arezzo could be so cold!). Plus the coffee pods were delicious :)

Beautiful apartment, very well renovated and equipped to a high standard. Very nice terrace, nice view. The village is very nice, lively. Very good shops nearby. We had a fun time! Great base for visiting the area.

Our stay at Elena’s place was great. Everything looked better than in the pictures and the overall feeling of the place was exactly what we were looking for in this trip. The sunsets by the pool were fantastic, the birds chirping all around and the privacy of the place made our experience in Tuscany even better. The place was also very tidy and Elena gave us a lot of recommendations for the area. Would definitely go back.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

The stay at Andreas and Natchana's was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. Poppi is the most beautiful place and now holds a very special place in our hearts. We feel very lucky to have found such a great place to stay in such a lovely apartment.

It was a wonderful experience, Daniela the owner is a wonderful person, her sweet welcome made us feel at home. With her beautiful four-legged friends and her sweet horses, she made us appreciate the beautiful natural setting we were immersed in even more. A few minutes from the center of Arezzo and certainly a great location for those like us who love nature but also appreciate the historical and more touristy part of beautiful Arezzo. I would say a great combination of nature and history. Thanks to the availability and impeccable professionalism of Virginia who supported us throughout the stay, with kindness and punctuality. Definitely an unforgettable experience to be repeated even in spring when the landscape is transformed and the sunniest days will allow us to take walks and do other activities in the area. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay in rural Tuscany, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Our hosts, Alejandra and Filippo, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place – ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view across the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and designed with a lot of love for detail – a real oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions – a car is essential for this, however. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, quick and helpful. Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

New house, very clean and very cozy! The stay, although short, was very pleasant. The house is in the center and the car parking is very convenient. Ester and Sara were very kind and very responsive to every request. The house also has a beautiful terrace. Better than that, he couldn't go.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

The apartment offers everything you need. The beds are lovely and it is also nice that my long partner's feet can protrude a little over the edge. Shower downstairs is spacious and has a powerful jet. Everything has been thought of; plenty of lamps, complete kitchen, nice place to sit outside, extra blankets, shower stuff etc. Very nice! The only small downside was the sound of the (children of the) neighbors in the morning and evening, but of course the host has no control over that. All in all a very nice place that I definitely recommend! Good base for visiting Seina and walks in the surroundings.

We had a wonderful time in this charming accommodation in Tuscany! Everything was just like in the pictures – clean, tastefully furnished and with a lot of love for detail. The host and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our experience here. Stayed for a month with our newborn and it was quiet, surrounded by nature, and cozy. Ron was a great host and the house and location was as rustic as advertised.

A charming property located in an Italian village. helpful and friendly owners.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
